Location, facilities for kids, nice park next to the lake.

Rooms are old and small. The whole accomodation is really expensive (given it is still the Balaton we are talking about). The staff could be nicer sometimes. Half board selection and quality is substandard.

My family had a great time at this hotel. It is absolutely perfect for young kids. Facilities are amazing, all public areas have been renovated recently to a very high standard. Huge choice of saunas, including my favourite infrared. Quality of food is very high; my kids loved various meats, porridge, chicken and sides. Local white wine is very good. Staff are very well trained and generally nice and friendly. Most people do speak some English, so communication was not an issue.

Beauty treatments and massages are good and reasonably priced, so some days were fully booked. We stayed during low season so probably during high seasons treatments need to be booked well in advance.

I recommend to put lights on outside kids playground, so the kids could play longer after dark. The ones from terrace are not sufficient.

Bends and pillow not comfortable, woke up with back pain every morning, They didn’t clean our room twice didn’t have my towels switched to new one even though I put them in the floor Also they had 1 night a problem with the electricity. And there was no light or AC and couldn’t charge my phone until the next day when it’s been fixed But the food was good and the hotel is modern and clean over all satisfied

The pool and the kids spaces

The facility got a face-lift. I like the location, childfriendlyness and nice staff.

I think the price quality ratio is on the high end. Bicycle park should be repaired better maintained.

Nice dinner,close to the balatons beach, cakes and fruits (but should also be on breakfasy especially watermelons).

This was one of the best family hotels we experienced so far. Even though its a family hotel its not chaotic but rather relaxing. Perfect location right next to the lake, lots of activities, indoors swimmingpool for rainy days, well kept area, great service, food is also good for most of the time and there is parking. Rooms are spacious.

Lunch restaurant is over priced

Hotel is well located, Tihany and Siófok is just a 30 min drive away. We really liked the beaches around the area including the hotel own beach. The water is everywhere shallow (until your hips in the hotel and until your knee or less in Siófok)The hotel is nicely equipped, the room was spacious expect the bathroom, it had a very narrow shower cabine, otherwise we were satisfied. The public facilities are well looked after, and 100% family friendly. Every age will find entertainment in the hotel.The half board buffet is exceptional. The cooks are really good and every evening was a wide selection of food, desserts, fruits and veggies. Breakfast was the same. Overall I would definitely reccomend the hotel specially for families, because the lots of entertainment for kids what the hotel offers will make fathers-mothers feel less stressful and more free.

We had half board and drinks were not included, so we ordered every evening some drinks. On the top of each bill was charged two kind of service charge. One was 27% and then another 5%. When I asked the staff to explain about the service charge, they had no answer for me, Theey said they don't know how it works and that the government figured it out. Then I got another explanation, that the 27% service charge is a tax for the country and the 5 % is what the staff gets. It's ridiculous, because we ate outside of the hotel too and the highest service charge what we paid was 14%. So be careful.

Friendly welcoming staff. I liked the quiet relaxing location. Lots of activities for kids.

The location was really beautiful nice spot.

The invoicing was really slow. When I have arrived I got a room with a lake view. I only saw the swimming pool roof not the lake and had to complain to change my room to a real lake view room. Then, I was charged higher rate as it was located on the 3rd floor. I have received a family room which was devided with a door into two parts. Unfortunately, I heard the couple next door the whole night as if they were in my room.

The food was exceptionally tasty, with a wide variety. Most of the staff members were really helpful and kind. The location is excellent, the beach view is breathtaking.

The room we booked was advertised as housing 3 twin beds. That proved to be false information. The room had only two functional twin beds and a sofa bed way too small for an average adult, and far from being comfortable. The staff - although being on the defensive and trying to explain why a small pull-out sofa bed would qualify as a twin bed - tried to remedy the situation by providing a transportable extra bed. It's a bed all right, but not a sleeping surface you would expect in a hotel of 4+ stars.

The only good thing at this hotel is the location

Breakfast and dinner were a bad joke. We stayed at 3 star pensions with better breakfast ? very limited options- if you are vegan or vegetarian the only option are rice and potatoes and some pickled vegetables ?for sure you can eat better at some fast food restaurant ? The restaurant was with spiderwebs on the ceiling and on the lamps- natural decoration for Halloween, probably. Even it wasn’t in peak season they still have the electric Minicar program only one hour per day - between 10-11 AM, my suggestion is to add another hour, in the afternoon/evening. In that case if you stay only one night kids can use this facility ?Minibar was empty. Very small bathroom and no windows or ventilation at all.Continuous noise all night from some Hotel pumps or ventilation systems ?

Nothing went well. We were never offered a chance to book a better room, we had to stay ina room with view to a tent!, and kids have slept on sofa...why no one offered us an extra room as I have requested?

People speaking english, very poor. no one speaks english at all, german only....hard to communicate...also ants were walking on our bedrooms floor and in bathroom. is that healthy or o.k.? what do you think?

Great half-board meal. Fantastic location and facilities in hotel, including wellness center. Beautiful views on the lake of Balaton from the room balcony. Very helpful personnel, especially Rita.

Little bit lack in bathroom cosmetics (shower gel and shampoo).

Excellent sport and spa facility. Priceless view from the pool to the beach. Very kids friendly. Easy to reach.

When you enter the hotel you don't feel welcomed. From the structure of the reception, to how you're greeted by the reception personnel, nothing is warm and welcoming. Our room (family double) was not like a 4 star hotel. Pretty small with not so comfy beds.
