Beds are comfortable, and the room was silent.

Only 4 elevators. Other Hunguest Hotels have much better food selection: wider variety and much tastier.

The room was a good size, and the bathroom ok. The 2 single beds were comfy. It was very close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The bathroom shower leaked a lot. So we used many towels to clean up. The private hotel beach was swarmed with bugs, and was a bit of a walk to get to. So we didn’t use it again, though we really wanted to.

The Spa was amazing, with many different options, including infrared sauna.. Pretty cool to have a private beach only reachable for guests of the hotel..

The coffee at the restaurant could have been better, and the parking spots outside of the hotel were very small..

Nice, clean and modern hotel. Private hotel beach is at a 5-minute walk. Lot of varieties for breakfast and dinner. Nice room with a lake view. Great SPA and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Grocery store is five minute away by foot. Rooftop bar with beautiful views of the lake during sunset.

Nothing particularly, maybe light sleepers would hear train passing by in the distance with open windows.

We had a nice stay. Great view of the lake from the hotel. Clean and comfy room. It was perfect for 2 adults and a toddler.The hotel has a private beach with sunbeds, a beach bar, and a small playground for the kids. You can easily reach the private beach on foot.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had to wait a long time for the elevators, especially at breakfast and dinner time, and than again at check out time. Everyone keeps pressing all the buttons, and then the elevator stops at every floor even if it is already full.Dinner is in 2 turns. You have to choose one at check-in, and it is very chaotic. Especially if you go in the earlier turn. Foods run out. It takes time to get refilled, and everyone is just hustling to eat.

Well equipped hotel, wide selection of meals, comfortable beds, large shower cabin, nice staff, welness area was great. Close to the city center.

Nearby train traffic could be heard inside the room even with the windows closed. Very slow wifi. Water leaking out of the shower cabin. Despite daily cleaning, the bathroom shows its age in the critical spots... Some of the pool massage zones just didn't work. Lack of parking spots.

the rooms are clean, everything is beautiful and modern. The cuisine is excellent, varied. everything is very tasty. we even gained weight ? we couldn't eat a little, we wanted to try everything ? the only thing missing was coffee in the evening ?, drinks for dinner are paid for separately.

It’s a nice hotel close to the beach. In the summer there’s even a private beach area, but unfortunately we were there in the winter.Breakfast and dinner offer a variety of options for everyone, although I was confused by the lack of croissants.The pool area is nice and clean. The room we were originally in was spacious with plenty of room for stuff.

Although we knew in advance the parking is charged extra, I still think it’s nonsensical for a 4-star hotel (especially one that’s not in a big city). Also, it would be nice if someone pointed out to guests how to park properly because a lot of parking spots were unusable due to people’s inability to park.The pools are too small for the size of the hotel (13 floors) and there were too many small children outside of the child-dedicated pool area.The day before we left there was no hot water at all, and only when we complained at the reception did we find out that there was some sort of problem with floors 1-6. We were given the option to move to another room. This was nice, but sadly, that room was not as good as our original room. It was smaller and with less storage than the original one. Also it had a beam in the middle of the room which took away from the view and the room space.

We couldn’t image better place for relax in February. Everything was clean and modern, the staff was kind and helpful and the dishes were delicious and varied. We hope that we will come back here soon:)

Good breakfast and dinner. Room was big, quiet, nice view. Good staff, bit slow but expected with number of guests. Parking garage was a plus.

Bed linen was not clean 100%

Nice hotel with an exceptional view from both the room and the skybar. The food was great and the wellness part was also excellent.

The room was not cleaned on a professional level, we found some dust near the window. Sometimes the concierge was not kind enough for a hotel of this kind.

The hotel beach at the lake was closed. And the hotel was pet friendly, but no pets at the beaches.

Spa and sauna were great.

The temperature in room is a bit higher than it is normal. The parking is not for free and it should be in a room price included.

Small swimming pool for swimming, most of staff speak just hungarian language, water in swimming pool is too chlorinated.

Super breakfast, top Location, super near to Balaton, Junior Suite is super spacious and comfy

There are only 4 elevators ( 8 Person capacity each) for an 13 floor's building.The personal in the Wellness-area and in the Sky-Bar unfortunately not so happy and eager to help.

We linked the location, the SPA was ok. Free parking on site. The location is clean.

The choice of food at dinner was terrible, the food was not fresh. We requested boiled pasta for our kid and we received pasta from the other night, they have boiled us fresh pasta after we complained about that. The windows are very dirty, you can’t open the window for fresh air because the mosquitos will get inside, the window protections are broken…

it was a complete disappointment. This was the first time I've encountered such poor service. The lack of cleaners, the need to ask for fresh towels, and emptying the garbage at the reception was a new low. The staff member's rude and arrogant response to my concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. The excuse that rooms are not cleaned daily is unacceptable for a supposedly 4-star hotel. It felt like I had stepped back in time to the days of communism, with dirt and neglect everywhere.The dining experience was equally disappointing. If you missed the 6 p.m. dinner service, you were out of luck as everything was cold by 7:30 p.m. The staff's attempt to reheat the food was pathetic. The potential of this hotel is overshadowed by the mismanagement and lack of care for guests' needs.In conclusion, my stay was marred by rudeness and filth. I would advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking. You deserve better treatment and cleanliness than what this hotel offers.
