Pros +
- Location, breakfast. Staff provided an early breakfast on a bank holiday for our early departure. Excellent attitude.
- An affordable hotel in a central location of a small french city.
- Clean, nice suited room, with AC, comfy beds and a good modern bathroom. Small and no fancy stuff but modern and nicely arranged.Friendly staff. Quiet location. On its price, I was positively surprised. A tiny burger-to-leave place two streets away was excellent. Overall, the bang-for-buck is very good.
Cons -
- The village had little to offer, no restaurants open when we arrived. You have to go to Ales for proper amenities, which is very close but not walking close. The optional breakfast had a short than average list of options.
- Price xD 65 euro will be fine
- Very poor towels. Harsh and abrasive.

Great value for money, clean, large room, great bathroom. Good breakfast and nice staff
The room is spacious enough.Parking available. The checking in/out was easyThe location is central in a small small town (mainly 1 road) so need a car for any point of interests
WiFi is really poor.. unimaginable to offer such a poor connection these daysThe cleaning can be betterThe bathroom could be freshened up a bit.The hotel itself needs some renovations. Not what you'd expect from an IBIS
price per room, guarded parking, calm environment
