Pros +
- Nice hotel, nice breakfast, good location
- Nice quiet location, Staff were really nice:) Location felt really relaxing.
- The hotel seemed very nice, quite clean and the rooms were very comfortable. However the kitchen was quite delicious. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations and everything was very nicely cooked and prepared, even the coffee was delicious. And the dinner was surprisingly awesome, definitely not something we expected. The menu was inspired from the Japanese kitchen, and I have never tasted something as flavorful and as delicious in a hotel restaurant before.
Cons -
- Spoiled food in the breakfast . My daughter 14 years old ate it .When I mentioned it to the staff , they removed it and proposed her to stay a bit more in the bed. They insured that the worst thing could happen was to vomit. It was our last day and we had to travel back home., Although I was worried, they did not even offer a taxi till the Station . The breakfast was not as expected anyway had not vegan options . But to serve expired and spoiled porridge was very bad.
- Seems, nothing
- Comes across as a spa hotel but they had not many facilities in the actual hotel. I had a broken door to the balcony and the rooms felt a bit old.

Not a lot of fruit/veggies options for breakfast.
Good location, close to the park and indoor pools.
Room on third floor were quite noisy. Staff, especially in the restaurant, was quite unfriendly and rather treating us in a cheeky and arrogant way.. Towels were torn and mattresses not comfortable.Dinner in the restaurant: there is enormous room for improvement.
The location is perfect, very close to the thermal bath. Since the town is very small, everything is within the walking distance. The breakfast is wonderful
The quality of the internet shall be better. Also, the bed could be more comfortable.
Very friendly staff, clean room and a place to keep our bikes safe over night.
Two mattresses and nothing that kept them from drifting apart at night..
breakfast buffet was pretty good with friendly staff :) the location is perfect between the bahnhof, grocery store, restaurant and my fave place Kristall Therme which is just few meters away.
im easy to please and not complicated
Breakfast was good, enough options to choose from, even with gluten free choices. The coffee can was on the table, but extra coffee(latte macchiato or cappuccino) can be ordered from the staff (of course no extra cost). Bed was comfortable. room is clean and with a tiny French balcony. It's nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air. Bathroom is also spacious with bath tub, which made it easy to bath the kids.
nothing particular.
Closed to the thermal facility
Staff
in a quiet and serene environment
