The car park and breakfast were included in the room which was good. The room is ok, a bit old but okay for a stopover stay.

The room has no fridge. The air conditioner doesn’t work. The bed is too firm.

Bedsheets were nice, clean and white, so as towels. I love clean bedding! The room was good size, had some water and a kettle with tea and coffee options in packets. Beds were comfortable and good size pillows. There were a big TV and nice big clean bathroom!

I ordered a family suite and in the pictures it looked like there were a living space with sofa bed and bedroom separate from the living area, but actually it's just one big space with everything in it. Probably my bet for not examining it closer, but pictures and description could be more clear. The carpet was dirty and not pleasant to walk around, especially barefoot out of bed… no slippers were provided. The room was noisy at night from a road that had cars going every few minutes, it calmed after midnight a bit.

We stayed in this hotel while travelling back&forth to Italy. Hotel is close to the main road, on a silent area, very comfortable. Even we arrived late, without any staff in the premise, we manage to get the key and go into room without any problem. Everything was ready for us.

Breakfast can be done better. There is only 1 staff running for everything, which is not enough.

Bad

First of all, we were greeted at the reception with a note saying there will be no one until the morning. To enter the hotel, we had to call a number, wait for a long time for someone to answer, get a pin code which we had to use to get the room key. They didn t find my reservation at first and said that there is none. We reserved a room with 1 large bed. We received a room with 2 separate beds.After talking to the support (again, a long wait on the line) and 3 rooms later, we still did not receive the room we paid for.The room had a dirty bath with hair from the previous clients, the shower was full of scale, we had a huge bug in the room, broken lamp, dirty walls with footprints on them, dust under the bed and the TV did not work, mirror had stains.. The staff did not do anything for us as they said that they work in a different hotel therefore they do not know which room has a double bed.In the morning, the receptionist informed us that they have no double beds in the hotel, even though it was specified in the description of the room.

Very easy checking and out, stylish and very comfortable rooms. Had a great sleep and liked that we didnt have to check out very early!! Its always a plus! Also dog friendly.

Photos received of the room. And it was exactly that. Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. Overall it was great.

There was a TV in the room, but we wouldn't use to cast, or connect to anything smart like Netflix or so (which is very common nowadays). They should really look into that.

The breakfast was amazing and totally worth it. We had some special requests that we made for a cot and for coming later than reception hours and both were met without problems. The family room was big and perfect for our large family :) overall a really great experience. We stayed there because it’s about a half an hour from Legoland. Was really nice and great price!

Excellent value for money. We reserved a family room for four, the room was exactly as advertised, the beds were extremely comfortable. The Italian restaurant that is connected to the hotel is very good and super practical after a long drive. We only spent one night and it is perfect for cutting a long journey in half. We received clear instructions for how to recuperate the key, no problem whatsoever m. Our room was super quiet no issue there. Breakfast was quite good as well.

We stayed here end of October but the room was quite hot, we opened a window but I can indeed see the rooms especially on the last floor under the roof getting quite hot in summer.

The room was huge as was the bathroom. The check-in was self check in and there was some confusion about it. Otherwise great stay.

It’s really super comfortable, new and clean place with a wonderful breakfast!

The guy at the reception was good and friendly, the corridors look and smell nice and everything was clean. Sparkling water in the room was a nice touch.

It was HOT! And there is no ventilation, AC or fan in the room. That was ridiculous as I have never seen a hotel without one. The shower was extremely tiny and the basic amenities were provided which was OK. The bed was springy and uncomfortable, also because no AC. The breakfast was very very basic which just basic amenities, no normal white / brown bread as well which was disappointing.

Thin walls, breakfast was basic and not replenished, NO tea/coffee or kettle in room, toilet brush was old and well used.room needed decorations and updates.

Clean hotel, comfy bed, lots of parking on site, quiet village location. Nice breakfast selection.

Ok booking.com the property was listed as having air conditioning, it didn‘t.We would never have booked it if advertised correctly.The room was dirty, dusty and smelly. One of the sheets had a hole in it, the shower leaked all over the bathroom. Bed had a down duvet, in summer, in over 30 degrees and - oh yes, no air con.There was no fridge. Just a money making venture with a remote check- in person, no one at the property at arrival, an allround unpleasant experience.

Clean and comfortable room. We stayed only for one night on our way home, very easy check in after reception opening hours. Swift communication through booking.com. Staff even arranged a fridge in the room, please be aware that booking says it is there but apparently this is no longer the case (but can be arranged).

The atmosphere, the harmony of colors.

The TV didn't work, the hotel didn't help me no matter how much I asked, we booked 2 rooms, we got rooms on separate floors, even though I told the reception that we are a family, there are no rooms closer to each other. The receptionist said she was sorry. There was no refrigerator in the room, when I said so we got two rooms next to each other. Why wasn't it given that way by default? The refrigerator in the new room did not work, I told the reception that we have fresh food, we need the refrigerator, the receptionist was sorry, but did nothing. there are no mosquito nets on the windows of the rooms, even though there are a lot of wasps around the hotel. The shower rose is scaled and mouldy, neglected. Spider web on the lamp, dirty elevator call button.

Situated in a nice quiet area but within short proximity to the motorway Nice restaurant attached which was very welcome after a long drive Small communication problem was kindly resolved without issue from the reception staff
