Kornilios Istron Hotel

Location a bit isolated but close to archaeological site. Unfortunately, museum was closed on Tuesday son we left one day early.

Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Clean and roomy. Manager offered us free breakfast.

Could not boil water for coffee or tea. Not even a cup was provided.

Room had airco. With the hot weather it was very good

There was no breakfast possible. You had to tell that the night before.

Good value for money, know exactly what you are going to get.Good location for Alexander the Great marathon, short taxi ride up the road.

No local food options and kitchen closed, had to ask staff to help us with food delivery.

Clean and quiet rooms not very far from the city. Easy Access to the main road. Staff were nice and warm.

Very clean room with large balcony. The staff were helpful and polite. This place is ideal if you have dogs as it has a small field on the side which is ideal to give the dogs a run. Also loads of free parking and if you have an electric car it has a charge point.

Pillows were not great. Bit too hard.

Clean large room, Bambi the host was excellent very helpful with directions to various locations and explained all aspects of the room.

The Google GPS took us for over 30km through very rough road in fields, this was the GPS issue nothing to do with the location of the hotel is on a main road.

Great service. Very helpful personnel. They even allowed us to go back in the evening and take a free shower (went for cycling)

The shower head was faulty in our room(225) . At the one we went for the evening shower, it was fine.

Easily found and located well for Pella visit. Staff were helpful.

The room was very cold . Central heating didn’t work and a simple air conditioning didn’t get warm the room

Spacious room for 3 persons with all facilities. Clean sheets, confortable bed. The entire room smelled so good :)Very friendly staff.

Locking system from the main door not so secure.

It's pity the restaurant did not work, but 2 km away there is a wonderful tavern.

It was very clean, with big size bedrooms; something I was not expecting to find in the area.

The mix of cold/hot water in the bathroom was problematic

This was by far the best room I had within 4 weeks of travelling through Greece. I was given a free room upgrade without asking for it. The size was huge and it was extraordinarily comfortable and cozy. It was spotlessly clean and had everything needed and even more. The bed was very comfortable, the aircon worked fine and there was hot water at all times. The hotel is like a motel located strategically convenient right next to the road to Thessaloniki, but far enough that you don‘t have the noise from the traffic. There‘s lots of parking space. I could leave my bike right in front of the property without having to lock it, it‘s guarded 24 hours. Perfect for travellers and drivers. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming and spoke english well. The value for the money was absolutely outstanding.
