- It was a very nice place to stay in Mondim. I usually go to another hotel but didn't make a reservation on time. This was certainly a great option to spend a couple of days around. The bathroom was very very clean. I always love places where the bathroom is very neat, it makes everyone feel more comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, and the service was very gentle

- Hard question... it was way above expectations... maybe i didnt like the spa was not working.... but i wasnt planning to use it at all...
- The breakfast could be better, maybe some eggs and change the juice now and then.If you are late for breakfast you won't be few things to eat.
- There was a strong humidity smell in the room, which could be due to the humidity in the zone, but nothing that cannot be fixed with a dehumidificator, could be good to place one around during the rainy season. Also, the towels were clean but had a strong odor like when these hadn't been left to dry very well. This odor can also be addressed easily by adding some sodium hypochlorite during the washing cycle.

Clean, spacious room. Central location
The lift wasn’t working which might be an issue for elderly customers.
The spacious, comfortable room, with an excellent bed. Warm water without lag time. Available WiFi inside the room. Although I didn't care much about it I noticed the extensive offer of digital TV channels.
Nothing, really. If I want to be picky, I would like a private parking space. The hotel is located in the main avenue and there are no free parking spots during working hours. There are many free parks around, though (5 min walking distance).
