- Big size rooms and great front desk staff. Guided us to the nearest metro station and helped with our bags.
- 40 manat was charged for extra bed despite being shown as free when booked from booking .com. Towels were not provided despite several repeated reminders. At last only 1 was provided and we were 3 people. Small water bottle was requested and it was declined and asked to pay 5 manat per bottle We agreed to pay for 1 bottle but was never delivered. Customer service was very rigid. Body wash in bathroom was empty and not refilled. Overall no VALUE FOR MONEY. Didn't expect this from such a valued organization. 40 manat should be refunded.
