Very good location,pet friendly hotel. It was perfect place for our family to stay with dog and baby. Very kind and friendly staff.

Good location, clean rooms.

room for 3, was one double bed and sofa. Sofa wasn't very comfortable. Brakfast was so so, I mist vegetables. simple vegetables, such as tomatos, cucambers, salad.

The location of the hotel is really nice and it has good options to find the cafe or other places in the city. The rooms were good and the breakfast was nice as well. The rooms are pet friendly and has a good view

Disappointing

Breakfast very poor. Rooms lack comfort. No place to sit and work a bit, restaurant was closed.

Spacious room with big window. Friendly staff allowed us to check in early. Convenient location.

The bed is OK, but the sleeping sofa is not very comfortable. Needs replacement. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing; not very fresh.

Breakfast was a bit lame. Only one servant, so it was at times empty.

The hotel is centrally located and therefore very easy to find. Close walk to everything that central Årjäng has to offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving a smile, a hello, and goodbye.

The suggested evening dinner was bland and not very exciting. Grilled chicken breast with wedged potatoes. The chicken dry and the potatoes tasted over salted.

It was an old, outdated hotel with a disappointing breakfast.

The room was outdated and not very clean. We were a family of four 2 adults and 2 children so we booked a family room. Extra beds / sofa beds wasn’t prepared for us and the receptionist made it seem like that’s something we should do but our self’s. The hotel parking was closed off for an event later that week but no information had been given about this prior to arrival so we had to drive around looking for a alternative parking. Breakfast was boring and a big disappointment with very limited options and not very tasty food. There where no labels on the different foods so you couldn’t know what they where serving. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Ventilation in our family room didn't work at all. But the staff saved our stay!:)

The check in process is really good. Fast and confortable. It is a perfect hotel for when you are traveling from Sweden to Norway. It is really close from the border, so you can save some time the next day!

It is a simple hotel. The breakfast is the part which this hotel can improve. It is not bad, but could improve for sure.

Pleasant staff, cozy room, comfortable bed, great location for 1-2 night’s stay.

More fresh bread and fruits could be served for breakfast.

Quiet at night

Room was much too cold. Breakfast was served too late on a Saturday when I needed an early start.

Bowling is a nice feature, and so it's the location. The breakfast is varied.

We asked for places around to see and/or to have dinner, and there wasn't an answer to give. The fridge was on but there were no itens in the mini bar.

it’s nice to see improvements made. half year ago breakfast was totally empty and staff hired very unprofessional. today all is improved and breakfast was very rich and various. staff was changed for friendly and professional people.

please put stickers/rules which thermostat is for room and what value is for 21* C… its impossible to find this value if you stay 1 night only by guessing on blue and red light :)

I like that it's close to city center. The staff was nice and the food was good.

It's a quite new hotel but it seems like they used cheap materials when building it. This makes the sounds travel through the walls and you hear the neighbors. It was not very clean in the lobby and the restaurant.

Restaurant staff very pleasant providing a small menu.

Difficult to warm the room as air condition did not work properly. There were no light in the corridor outside room. Cleaner said that would be fixed next morning - however did not.
