The Resort Baia del Silenzio located in Pisciotta, in the Cilento National Park, is a 10-minute drive from Palinuro with direct access to private beach, swimming pool, fitness center, seaside hydro massage, free wi-fi. - The area is beautiful. Not just the beach but if you go more inland as well. The resort itself is nice. It is clean. They have an app which you can use to pay at bars, etc. You can but it on multiple phones, so the kids can order their drink or ice cream.

There is lots to do here, from beach (with water sports) to the pool and even a pier that the kids can jump from.On one morning we took a boat ride that picked us up from the pier. The pool area was excellent, with a nice bar serving all types of food and beverages.The staff were all very friendly and did an excellent job, especially the entertainment team. Wow they work hard!Everything about this place allows you to relax.....

- Beach not good , you cannot swim or anything unless you go very far. It's a shame considering the beautiful sea they have.
- The wifi on a lot of places does not work well or not at all. There are very few staff members that speak some English. Not all instructions or information is available in English. Even not on their app.
- The rooms are a little basic and outdated. The beds are uncomfortable, and bedding is not very good.Our AC did not sufficiently cool bedroom 2, so the kids were hot at night.

You can bring your own towels or rent them on site at a surcharge of EUR 2 per person per day. The resort fee is a compulsory Club Card which includes 1 parasol, 1 deck chair and 1 sun lounger per unit and water sport lessons. Discounts apply for guests aged between 4 and 12. Please be advised that the Club Card for children between 3 and 12 years of age is EUR 4 per day. Please note that entertainment, catering, beach, swimming pool, hydromassage, wifi connection, breakfast service, activities, shuttle to/from station, are suspended due to seasonal closure starting from the 15th of September. Please note that use of air conditioning will incur an additional charge of 5,00 euros per day. The Resort’s services and activities, including the swimming pool, entertainment, bar, restaurant, market, and other seasonal services, are available exclusively during the summer period from 30/05/2027 to 14/09/2027. During the winter period, these services are therefore unavailable and access to the Resort is not possible.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash. You should be reimbursed on checkout via cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
