Good location and a nice size carpark.Also clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly.

No lift so carrying suitcase and other things up stairs when an older person is a bit of task.

I was not informed that my client woul dneed a code to enter after 9pm. He then needed to purchase a new room in order to gain access as I was not able to send him the booking confirmation code in time, he was keen to get inside as the hotel is in a scetchy area. I have contacted the hotel to ask for a refund as we were not informaed at any stage about the fact you could not gain access to the building after 9pm without a code, however I have not received a response yet

It was great to be so close to the chateau that we were going to. It was just a short uber ride away.

The beds were too hard and there were no toilet seats.

WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!

The room was not clean, there was a lot of dirt and dust especially the floor and bathroom. The bathroom size was very small and claustrophobic with no cover in-between the shower and toilet meaning every time we used the shower the whole toilet would get wet making it soo inconvenient to use the toilet. The towels were dirty and rough and not useable. One night when we came back to the room the bed was soaked and wet! It was raining that day so seems like water had leaked onto the bed. As it was late there was no one at reception so we had to sleep on a wet bed and not able to use the wet duvets. My wife is pregnant so we requested extra pillows and this was not provided! On our first morning it was really early and there were people cutting grass outside the hotel which was soo loud!! Which woke up our toddler! They should have been considerate of the guest and that it was still early to be making soo much noise. Also guests from other rooms were very noisy and easy heard in our room at very inappropriate times like late night and early mornings which was really inconvenient and frustrating as we barely felt we rested well during this stay due to all the inconvenience!

The area was quite and clean.

We had 2 large bags but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator.

Cleanliness in the room was outstanding

Staff is so friendly, just they struggle with English communication sometimes. But it's still better than most.

Room was simple. Bathroom was very small and toilet was squeaky when sitting down. Room was very simple.

Breakfast was a poor selection. Neighbourhood was ok. No coffee or drink facilities within the room.

Location very handy and staff friendly and helpful.There was a good choice for breakfast and again staff were kind and friendly.

A persistent smell throughout the building that was quite nauseating. The shower/toilet is a single unit, and poor quality. It was clean though.One small towel and one pillow only per guest.

Everything.We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at your establishment. We encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Firstly, we discovered blood stains on the bath towels, which was not only unsettling but also unhygienic.Additionally, the room we were provided with was exceptionally small, making it uncomfortable to move around. The bathroom facilities were far from basic; in fact, they were inadequate. Using the shower resulted in water splashing all over the toilet, creating a messy and unpleasant situation.Furthermore, the placement of the sink right next to the window was not well thought out, which made it feel impractical. The overall cleanliness of the room and facilities left much to be desired, further adding to our disappointment.To make matters worse, the room was exceptionally expensive for the quality and amenities provided. This experience has left us with no desire to return to your establishment. We expected a more comfortable and clean environment during our stay. We hope you take these concerns seriously and work towards improving the quality of your accommodations.This addition highlights the issue of the high cost in relation to the quality of the accommodations.

The room size is too small. And no singles bads. All rooms with double bed and one bad on top.

It was clean and had all the basic requirements. The bed was comfortable enough and there was a fan in the room.

The bathroom is very small and unpractical. It was expensive for a very basic room. Wouldn't stay for more than 1 night.

Breakfast is very good for the price and the staff is friendly. Hotel is clean as well.Overall good value for the price but keep in mind this is a budget hotel, it was definitely designed that way.

You can hear everything from other rooos, the walls must be made of paper. The bathroom is also really tiny and not very welcoming.

the smell of cigarettes is really bad and all over, floor squeaks as you walk and you can hear or everywhere, bathroom was flooding as I was showering, they should provide a towel for the floor, I understand that the bathroom is really tiny but the toilet was not stable as you sit on it ?, etc but do not expect more because it’s really «Ibis budget ».

Nice helpful staff. Good location for going to a wedding at the Chateau de Santeny. The room was clean and spacious. For the price, it did the job!

Looks like a hospital room, but that didn't really matter to us. The water gets everywhere in the little toilet & shower room and I don't know about you, but I don't like peeing with my feet in the water.

Parking space

I booked room with breakfast (i choose room with breakfast), but on site told me only one person can eat it, other two members of the family have to pay extra.

Breakfast was very basic, just breads and coffee.

It was very hot. Windows only opened in the door position, which made it impossible to help cool down the room in the heat of summer, especially on a first floor room. It would have been easy for someone to climb into our window at night.

Friendly, helpful staff who went out of his way to assist us.
