- The room was clean, beds were pretty comfortable. Staff is reactive to messages and answer the door.

- Theres no clear sign of the hostel. Theres the address and a sign that says to ring the bell. When i first arrived (arrived 9pm), i didnt feel super safe in the neighborhood, i asked my uber driver to wait until someone comes (thanks to him, he did). I cant complain as the lady came quick to open the door, but they should find a way to make it safer in case they are busy and cant come open the door immediately. We booked this hostel close to the airport as we thought we could leave our luggage, we should have asked before booking, but usually hostels have a storage room or are easy to accommodate travelers but they didnt accept us to leave our luggage for the day. My friend and I booked a private room. Theres no window, no ac, only a fan that is too strong. Also, our room is next to the garage, where people hang out to smoke and talk. There were people until late talking loud.
- Checkin experience was horrible. We had mentioned we are going to be there around midnight and leave at 6am for another flight. They said they had 24 hr reception. But when we got there we were stranded waiting on this super unsafe road for 30-45 mins as no one answered the bell and the owners kept telling us on WhatsApp to just ring the bell. Finally after asking the owners decided to drive over. They did apologize but didnt offer a discount or anything. Sheets are fairly rough to sleep on and the beds are small for 2 people.
