i like the room place but not the facilities/food.

so many things like food, staff etc.The food was all processed/no fresh food for breakfast.all packed stuff. There was no staff in the reception or else.

It was nice and comfortable

The balony to the bfast area, in the morning it was bombarded with noise.

The room is very clean and breakfast is very good cappuccino

The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed, but unfortunately there were no adapters for the sockets and the EU chargers did not work. The ladies who took care of us during breakfast treated the guests perfectly, chatted with us, and kept the breakfast room clean and tidy.

The man working at the reception desk was very lazy, and I didn't feel comfortable during check-in. The guys responsible for breakfast didn't care about the cleanliness of the restaurant, the tables were dirty and only cleaned after all the guests had left at the end of breakfast, a large amount of dirty dishes was left in the table until the end and only collected after the guests had left. That day I was disappointed with the cleanliness during breakfast.

The location is in a very quiet area perfect to relax. Staff was so friendly and helpful ! Breakfast was also very good. Will visit again for sure :)

It was an exceptional two-night stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We appreciated having drinking water available, which could be conveniently refilled at the dispenser—something you don’t often find elsewhere. The mini fridge, electric kettle, and complimentary coffee, tea, and milk were also great touches and quite rare to come by. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, beautifully arranged and delicious.

online pre check in was confusing and did not really work., only one of the codes for the room worked and then lost more than an hour at the property trying to figure out how to get a new code to get into the room I had booked. this is unfortunate and stressful when you are trying to make the most of a short visit to gozo.

Very clean place. Comfortable, great breakfast and staff good but one man in particular who worked at reception was really good.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and quaint area of a bustling, vibrant village, perfect for a calm retreat. All amenities are present in the rooms and the common areas. There was a wide selection for breakfast, the food was very good, the servers most polite, and the breakfast area was airy and well laid out, with different seating options. The hotel booking and check-in was effortlessly done online. Reception is manned until 6pm, but staff are available on WhatsApp 24/7 and responded immediately to queries. All staff were remarkably helpful and all info is clearly marked and available online as well as on the premises. For instance, on our first night the fire alarm went off, and both Whatsapp and local support was excellent, responding immediately to what was a false alarm. All emergency procedures were followed. This was our first stay, and we would definitely consider this hotel as another future option. We were also lucky enough to be there to enjoy the local lights and flavours of the local chapel's feast. Also, sunrises were magnificent, enjoyed directly from our bed and the terrace!

The only two things that were not ideal are a little bit beyond the control of the hotel itself. Parking is a bit of a problem, especially since the area is being transformed by more apartment block construction. We had a penthouse room and the views of the hills and distant seaview one one side (left) were unfortunately disturbed by these blocks and a couple of massive contruction cranes on the other side (right). We enjoyed the terrace, but the privacy from these blocks and the overall view especially of the lit-up chapel was disturbed. But again, this was beyond the hotel's control, which overall has a very pleasant and airy layout.

Everything was amazing! We arrived in the middle of the night, and self check-in was very easy. We had the plunge pool in our room and it was amazing that we could use it anytime. Room was very big, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Location, comfort, style. Close to the main square and Ramla beach. Very nice shop nearby

We had a room with a terrace, but no one cleaned the terrace, and there wasn't a brush in the room to wipe away the leftover chips.Since there is a nice area outside, I would have liked the hotel to have a bar where you could buy a few cocktails in the evening.

Aesthetic, cute and lovely. Peaceful area. Secured. Well organized. Breakfast included.

The topfloor pool was too small that we can't enjoy. Its good for children. There's no other amenities offered. They don't have complimentary to celebrants.

A bit disappointing

The empty reception gives a strange feeling, more like an Airbnb and less like a 4-star hotel. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 to 9:30, which is too short for a holiday. It’s unacceptable that some items are already out of stock by 9:00 and not replenished. On a personal note, we missed having bacon. Overall, the hotel rates about 3.5 stars, but the breakfast is very weak. Two staff members to clear tables and replenish food is not enough.

The room was excellent, but the towels were very thin and not so white. Some of the wall sockets are loose so come away from the wall when unplugging anything. The clothes hook in the shower room is loose. There is no information about the TV or Internet and staff were unable to assist. Room was vacated around 9.30 daily until 3.30 but was not cleaned or freshened up so we had the cleaner in the room with us and had to ask for towels, tea, coffee etc.

Great ambiance, easy access, clean rooms.
