The facilities are well decorated, SPA zone was super clean and modern. Breakfast was good, although the same all week. Location is a bit out of the village but in walking distance. Ski bus stops just in front of the property. Spacious parking lot.

Breakfast time could be better adjusted to ski bus time (start earlier).

The hotel was very nice, clean, and had spacious apartments. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, only they didnt have decaffeinated coffee. They are pet friendly and prepared nice snack for our dog.

The internet was a bit lagging.

There was no daily room cleaning. We stay for 4 nights so it was kind ok and we could manage but having to stay for more nights could be bit discomfort. Maybe we could ask for but no one explained us how it works with room cleaning.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with large bathrooms which were stocked with basic amenities. The property boasted a reasonably sized pool and two saunas, plus a steam room, adding to the relaxation. While it requires a short commute to the center and ski-lift, the tranquil ambiance made it worth it. Ideal for those seeking comfort and rejuvenation after a day on the slopes. We'll definitely return for another stay.

We liked absolutely everything: the two-room apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything. The balcony was really nice to sit in the evening. The view was great. Nice swimming pool, but a bit cold when it was cool outside. Really nice breakfast. We would definitely come back again.

The location is lovely, and the view is charming and provides all the services you need in the apartment. In addition to its proximity to the center of Westendorf, a few minutes' walk.Honestly, the apartment is luxurious and worth its price and there is a lift that makes it easy to carry bags. A full section is available swimming pool, sauna, steam and massage, all of which are elegant and hotel services. Thank God, it was a beautiful stay, and the kids enjoyed the place, especially the pools.

Hot in Augusr with no AC (although it's relatively new) even in the gym, no fanalthough reception said we can have one, full of bees, bad value for money

Very comfortable one night stay on our way home from Italy. Spacious Suite for a family of 4 with beautiful views over the mountains. Great breakfast in the morning, served on the terrace overlooking the green and mountains. The girls especially loved the swimming pool on the third.

Accommodation is on the pricier end, but worth it!

Great wellness with sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor heated pool and sun terrace. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection. Parking in the underground garage. The rooms lack a stove, but they lent us a portable one upon request.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff across the board was fantastic. The views were great, the breakfast was fantastic. The pools were a great way to relax and the location offered the quiet relaxation we were looking for. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Everything was great: large room (junior suite), facilities, scenery, staff... Since it rained a lot during our stay, we spent a lot of time in the room, at the pool and in the gym and we really loved it. Would definitely go there again.
