- The location for skiing cannot be beat. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was also a favorite. My wife loved all the tea selections at breakfast, along with the juicing machine to have freshly made juice. Add that to the delicious bread, cheese, meat, fruit, yogurts and more and we were very satisfied.During our trip was my wifes birthday and in addition to helping me with surprising her with flowers the staff also surprised her at breakfast with a lovely card, some chocolates, and birthday greetings. We very much felt the personal touch! Also the restaurant at the hotel was incredible. It is an absolute must! The food, the service, the ambiance was perfect.
- Breakfast was excellent.Location and staff also great.
- An excellent hotel in a great location for the main ski lift - just a few minutes walk. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff went over and above to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again and would recommend.
Cons -
- Didn’t like is a strong word. Our transfer back was several hours after checkout so we left our bags in the hotel ski and relax rooms. Everything was perfectly fine but if there had been a locked accessible space that would have eased my wife’s anxiety a bit.
- Just lack of re-stocking the coffee and tea in our room some days.
- Nothing - it was all great

There is a really short walking distance from the hotel to ski lift, therefore, you do not have to bother by driving a car there. Also, breakfast was great as well as all the hotel staff around.
Excellent location just 200m from the cabin lift, making access to the slopes incredibly convenient. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall guest experience The saunarium provided a cozy and relaxing retreat.
The bathroom was disappointingly tiny.During inclement weather, the hotel lacked indoor recreational options, such as a gym, leaving guests with fewer activities to enjoy.
The hotel was perfect for us. We got married that week, and even though we haven't arrived in check in times, Angelika was nuce and checked us in. She surprised us with a loving breakfast the mirning after the wedding, and gave us a local gift. We enjoyed our stay so much! Location was great, close to the gondola so not too much of a walk for skiers, which we were. The room was great, big enough and loved the bathrobes! We did a message which was great and higly recommended! If we will be again the area we will definitely come back!
Location was really fine. Very good breakfast and a large room. Cable car(s) were absolute in walking distance (3-6 mis of walk to reach 2 cable cars to different locations. It was really a great stay
Hotel was really nice and the owner Angelica was awesome!
We did have suite and as we looked the pictures we thought there would be beds separated kind of small wall or something, but the room was just big room with 2 beds side by side. So there was 2 different kind of suites. I recommend that when you make reservation you tell hotel what kind of suite you want. This was not a big problem but still we waited something else what we got. WiFi is working also quite badly in hotel.
Very Nice accommodation and the breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was located in a small attractive village
breakfast a bit limited
The biggest disappointment was there was no restaurant for evening meal , which for a 4 star hotel was unexpected. Due to the size of the village there was limited opportunity to eat there too. . No bar to relax in after a days skiing. There is a fine dining restaurant in the property but it is not part of the hotel . We booked in there for 2 nights and it was excellent , with great service, although expensive ( approx £80 per head ) ; more of a special occasion restaurant that every evening after a days skiing.
Location for walking, very close to the Hochbrixen lift & 15 minute walk to the train station.Owners extremely friendly & evening meals & breakfast were excellent.A couple of nice restaurants & bars in walking distance however due to the time of year (early Sep) a number of places were closed ahead of reopening for the winter season but this was not a problem.Room 4 : Lovely bedroom/bathroom (fab water pressure) with wrap around balcony with great views.Free parking under cover made available for our motorbikes.
There was no tea/coffee making facility which would have been nice, however I am sure we may have been accommodated if requested.unfortunately the chef was taken ill during our stay hence the restaurant was closed for a couple of nights.
big rooms, big nice terrace. the garden is really nice and with the pond. the playground is a nice place for the kids. also enjoyed meals on the terrace, and it was very relaxing.
The staff is very friendly and welcomes one to an awesome place. Location is perfect - food is delicious!
Walking distance to ski lifts and the (only) one après-ski bar. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
Hotel was great, no complaints at all. However, apart from the hotel, one après-ski bar and good skiing, Brixen has little to offer. No other restaurants, lounge bars etc.
Great staff. Everything you need. Quiet. Upmarket. Brixen Im Thale is a lovely village; lived there myself for a few years. Hopfgarten is another nice one.
Clean room, friendly staff, good location
The room was a bit noisy.
Very good bread.
No seasonal fruit, verry little cheese. The hotel should not be a 4 star hotel. Very little choice at the bar.We had to leave the room at 10:00 and the breakfast was also till 10:00!
we where happy to have a jacuzyAlso swimming pool closed too early
Location is really good, very close to the gondolas
breakfast and the beautiful location
