Only a 5-minute walk from the Belvedere ski elevator, Hotel Signal is 5 minutes’ drive from Macugnaga town center. It features a traditional restaurant with bar and a TV lounge with fireplace. - Still need to drive to ski resort for skiing. Although not very far. Carpark is tight and can be slippery in the snow.
- The size of the 4 people room can feel a bit cramped and if you are a tall person like me please pay attention to your head when entering the bedrooms and the ensuite toilets.It can look a bit dated, but it is expected with the style of decor and the breakfast, while really tasty and varied, could be catering for a more international clientele.
- A small detail but better quality tea bags please...e.g. not Lipton!

Beautiful location with lovely mountain views. The hotel was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very nice too.
It was a bit noisy at times from other guests, but we were staying at a very busy time.
It is Very well located, nice and cosy family atmosphere, great breakfast included, friendly owners and you can eat a great diner if you like to use their restaurant.

Claudio and his family and staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, very welcoming. Great food, a comfy bed and not far from both main lifts.
