Pros +
- nothing much
- Great location to the slopes, everything you need on site ski hire, pass food and drinks
- Very close to ski gondola and the center of the town.
Cons -
- no heating it was very cold, the staff were rude, charged for everything needed even cutlery, no clean towels
- Communication with the staff was difficult sometimes, as tourists resort thought it would be better.Emails from them were in French.
- No hair dryer. It’s a chalet, it will be noisy if your neighbors are not considerate.

Great breakfast, streamlined checkin - checkout process. The appartment was ok.
Nothing to dislike, Small but cosy self contained Suites (or at least, ours was). Right above the training slope (magic carpet) and a short walk to shops.
But of a hike to get up to reception (being a few flights of stairs)! No covered parking (for our booking).
WOW i dont know how to explain how amazed we were when we arrived. We paid €200 for 2 nights for a room for 4 people (sadly one couldnt come last minute). When we arrived they had upgraded us to a 7 bedded room. It was like a 2 bedroomed house, stairs and all. Modern but cosy and a good chalet type vibe in a hotel. For what we paid we thought we were going to a dive, but it was just a quick break, not a holiday as such. So when we arrived we were amazed. The facilities and services offered ranged from kids clubs, to sauna, restaurant, bar and much more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a wheelchair user it was perfect. I ended up leaving it in the van the duration as it didnt require a charge, but it would not have been an issue. This was a mini break before iur ski holiday in Feb. But actually we would happily have the 10 day ski holiday there. We were sad to leave today. The village is lovely and very festive. As a wheelchair user I was astonished to find a village in the alps to be the most accessible place I have been to (my wheelchair is fine on snow as I upgraded my wheels). Everyone was so friendly.
That we have had to leave :(
Cleanliness, nice location and view, coziness, well-organized stuff even if remote
Subjectively: the courtains ?? the deep red would fit a bigger room. Since the rooms are pretty compact, I think something beige or a least a brighter color would make the space a little wider (visually)
Perfect place for group of friends or family. Very clean, warm, with moutain view. Recommend to stay.
Just be aware - at our room we had no kitchen, kettle.
Good people's.. staff,, very clean.. Nice place... swimming pool awesome...and we played table tennis also
Everything good
Small, but very clean and cute room. Very basic and perfect for the overnight stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Tea or coffee facilities would be nice.
Great area, fun winding road up there. Reasonable price since it was off season.
not a lot of places open to eat in June. A bit hard to park and unload.
Good location close to telecabine and not too far to walk into the centre. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Perfect for quick weekend trip away.
Lots of walking which when tired and perhaps a little sore, is not the best at the end of the day
Proximity to skiing, great food, great entertainment, clean warm, affordable
Great service, massive rooms, fantastic location.
simple but Nice, Clean and the swimming pool was a great fun for the kids.we had a nice breakfast, staff was wonderful. we will be back!
I would say that you hear your neighbours quite loudly so bring ear plugs, but for the price it was worth it!
Big bedroom, breakfast included. Swimming pool and sauna available. Very nice view of mountains. Several shops and restaurants around. Ideal for walking and for doing sports.
practical location for walking, nice views and good breakfast. Exceptional cleanliness throughout!
Our room was very tired and in need of modernisation! Although it was very clean!
Very clean room, beautiful location
Delayed response.
Fantastic views from the rooms and breakfast area. Location within short walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Limited free hotel parking; some room on street. Breakfast on first day was in a small room with limited offerings. Second day was in larger area that offered cook your own crepes. Lead breakfast worker was unprofessional wearing flip flops and seemed unpleasant when told things were empty. Desk staff was great. Tour de France support stayed here.
Great location
