- Rooms seem updated, lobby looked nice.
- Location, personnel, restaurant in lobby is very good !!!!
- The decor updates to hotel are a 100% improvement. It is modern and hip without losing the tropical feel. I want to give high compliments to at the front desk who understands what customer service means. She should be paid to train the rest.
Cons -
- We found a cockroach nest in the bathroom and checked out immediately and ended up not staying in this hotel.
- The hot water system in the hotel is not reliable. Some rooms get no hot water at all and some rooms have not had their showers upgraded yet. The mattresses are an atrocity and are ROCK hard (not firm, hard). Some staff were rude and unresponsive.
