The room is spacious enough and meets the needs.

The room has a heating system, but it was cold.

The hotel itself is somewhat mediocre, but linens smell with cigarettes sometimes. All is very much a standard for a small family-run place

I didn't like the attitude of the owner. Once I said where I'm from (the biggest country there is) he immediately started to behave like I'm a spy and even said it in my face with no smile whatsoever. God bless these western European people and their news channels, not knowing anything about the modern world and still thinking they live in world's best countries. But in the end, it's me who pays him to make me a breakfast..So no, I won't recommend it to anyone unless you come from these "special" nations and want to stay in your illusional bubble

We didn't use breakfast room. Bathroom was great with amazing water pressure in the shower.

The breakfast was a buffet with bread rolls plus toppings, a great variety of popcorn/muesli, juices and fresh coffee. Everything was to my liking about you can't complain at all for what you for your money. Decorations are kept simple but I was very comfortable. There is a bus stop right in front of to the hotel, leading you right into the center of Aachen and to the train station.

There are many stairs. This hotel did not seem wheelchair accessible at all. Also note that the bathrooms are being shared with other guest. I do not mind this at all but just something to keep in mind.

Breakfast was okay

Room was moist and one could smell it all the time and had the clothes after two days already a bit wet

Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Nice to have a balcony and it was very peaceful. Convenient for my trip which required travel to Alsdorf

Few basics missing and the room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. The main light didn't work and I would have liked a kettle to make a cuppa in the morning.

Nice rooms

We stayed before and had access to a bar and restaurant. It was very good.Unfortunately now, it had closed so our stay wasn't as enjoyable as previously ?

Great room, warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean; very friendly and helpful staff; located in a nice town in Thuringen.

We had a pleasant stay at St. Easy to park, good size of the room. Helpful staff. Would come again.

The rooms could get a face lift, specially the bathroom. Under the bed of was a lot of dust bunnes. Quite load noice from other rooms.

Karl and and staff were so fabulous nothing was too much trouble the was excellent and delicious ? Karl didn't want me and my 2 sisters to leave we all had a brilliant time.Thank you allWe will definitely return ❤️

A nice cozy hotel with a convenient location, close to the old part of the city and the Rhine embankment. Great breakfast. It is very easy to get from the airport by train.

Not very spacious rooms

Great value, very neat and clean, very kind and cooperative.

Everything was excellent.

The room and bathroom had a perfect size for 1 person and were very clean and comfortable. The surrounding was quiet. Wifi was free and worked perfectly. Excellent for work trips! The communication and check-in at night went smoothly. If I have to go back to Würselen again, I would choose this place again.

Nothing. It would only be nice to have a dinner option in the restaurant during the weekend.

Very flexible hotel management. Arrived at 10pm and was still able to late check-in. Locked myself out of the room at 11pm, so the manager sent over the janitor who sorted it. I was very grateful for that.

When you go to the shared bathroom, don't forget your key in the room as the doors don't have handles, so you might lock yourself out just like I did.

Mr. Sturm is so nice. The family is so nice too. The room in this Hotel is so comfortble. And there is a bus stop right nearby. I really like here!
