The bed sheets were not very clean. Also the room was really warm, it was a warm day, but open windows didn't help with the warmth in the room.
Check in was possible even outside reception times. Everything is clean and relatively quiet. Enough parking options.

No receptionist on site when we arrived... which was only 90 minutes after check-in opened. Had to make a phone call then wait 5-10 mins. No biggy, but not ideal either.Despite an 11am check-out, housekeeping entered room at 8:45am while both of us were still in bed, then a subsequent 2 further times before we checked out.Location is on an industrial park.
There is no hair dryer or fan in the room, and it's very hot in summer
I had to spend the whole night fighting mosquitoes, constantly waking up from mosquito bites, turning on the lights to search for mosquitoes, and killing a total of six mosquitoes. My child and I had a very difficult and long night together. Hotel rooms should have mosquito repellents or inform guests to prepare their own
Very Clean, close to Phantasialand if you have a car, staff are really nice and helpful and generous. Kitchen has everything you need. Def will come back

Noise from outside since it is an industrial place and it was so warm so we needed to open the window. Some people start working early morning.

The room smelled a bit of smoke. No bar or restaurant in the hotel. Very removed from the city centre in an industrial area.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was quite friendly
The hotel doesnt have any lift, my parents had issues climbing upstairs and our room were on 2nd floor which was really problematic for us
