Modern hotel with smart facilities, own parking (for 5 EU per night), close gas station and mc donalds.Close to shopping village and 20 minutes to Werthaim center.

Air conditioner was not effective - I suppose that it related to season.Sometimes when tourists group have a breakfast so need to wait for some food refresh.

The receptionist was not attending to our needs, no phone in our room intstead we have to use the app for ordering/requesting but was NOT working at all and apparently the receptionist DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS APP.

Clean. It’s a good hotel only to sleep while you need to stop during your car trip.

Parking is 5 euro per day. This information is easily overlooked while the booking process online. Furthermore, the information is not shown at the entrance of the parking. It is only shown at the entrance of the hotel door. It’s more kind if this parking fee information is posted at the parking entrance.

The room is nice and comfortable

We arrived at the hotel, the reception was closed. There was no one to meet us, the door were closed. There is a machine just outside the hotel, thst apparently give you the keys of your room buy entering your booking number. The machine didn’t work, we couldn’t enter the number, we had to wait to see if there was someone, we screamed and shot for someone, a guest or a working person to come and open the door. Have you ever seen an Hotel where the reception is closed at 6pm on a Sunday afternoon? Knowing that there are guests arriving! I will not recommend it. The breakfast is not good at all, the eggs are dry and old, and left there with no replacement. The charcuterie tastes fake. Sorry but it is not to really put it down or trying to be nasty, but no reception, mo good breakfast, and on top of that outside they tell you it’s 4stars!!!! Please you are taking the piss!

That daft check in outside it took ages to check in and not very responsive to my operation, however it may be my age

The location is great for a one night stay traveling further into Germany, but I still would avoid this location. Must say that the property was very clean.

There was no staff available (prior to the advertised closing time of 2300 hours), booked and paid for a 4 person room and got a 2 person room. There was a third sofa that was so uncomfortable - and without any pillow or duvet etc - but since no personnel was available in any manner, we decided to keep the kids in the 2 one person beds.

A new hotel on the highway close to the outlet centre

Very convenient location. Extremely friendly staff, and they were impeccable in ensuring my daughter’s toys that we forgot in the room were posted back to us. Very attentive

All very good, I would only say that perhaps it was not very cheap, compared to similar hotels we stayed in the same period.

Hotel is very basic but it’s very clean and room is comfortable. Parking is convenient. Staff are friendly and polite. Value for money.

Its clean and staff is very professional and kind.The location is just perfect when travelling across Europe.

Convenient for an overnight stay. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast and a lift. There was a large McDonalds opposite the hotel, where there was a choice of dishes.

Staff didn’t make eye contact.

Everything is excellent in this hotel. The room.all new, everything superior quality and confortable. We visited 3rd year in a row and is always same totp quality
