Malerwinkel Hotel

Good location in the city center (2 min from parking place), they have different rooms, clean, wi-fi, friendly staff, good service for good price.

I would add more food for breakfast. The breakfast is quite modest. I was missing scrambled eggs or just smth hot.

Very clean, located in downtown of the wonderful mediaeval town, very communicative staff, kids-friendly, best price performance ratio

It is not dislike but about giving my feedback:1, parking lot is not provided by this hotel because it is located in downtown by walking street. Therefore guests can park in a big parking lot that is controlled and very very cheap. It is 5 mins walking time.2, there is no person always sitting at front desk. when you arrived you have to call them. The hotel is also not as high as others where the front desk is always available.

Room was fully equipped and was in line with the photos and description.

We travelled with a dog and additional 15 EUR were paid for advanced room cleaning which was fair price for cleaning efforts and also a possibility to have our below family member with us. I would like to propose to add this information to the Booking page to avoid any misunderstandings for the guests.

Typical small local hotel in the middle of the old town.

Nice town, but wrong hotel

Unfortunately not clean. The toilet bowl was still dirty, as were the shelves in the bathroom. The wastebasket provided still contained the copious waste of the predecessors.

Great venue! Stayed for an overnight stop to break the long drive. Helpful and friendly staff.Good breakfast which the kids liked. We arrived late and that allowed us to drive al the way upfront with car. During daytime the area is closed and you will need a short walk through the nice historic city center.Kids over the medieval setting and the castle on the hill

Nothing to comment here

Wonderful location. Very friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet was very good value.

Bathroom was immaculate but hints of mould in shower should be managed by cleaning staff.

Nice and quiet location, clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, robust value for money

my first single-room in that hotel had a tiny bathroom, no fridge in a room, rather modest breakfast

The staff were awesome, very helpful, and kind. Location was great! Was a little more noise from the street than we are used to, but I think this is part of the experience of staying at a boutique hotel in the city center.

clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast!

needed extra pillows

The breakfast was excellent and very much enjoyed by the entire family The facility was spotless, the location is extremely close to Central city, The service could not have been better.

All of us had a great stay

Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast

Breakfast, proximity to town/shops

Bit noisy

Big room and bathroom, comfortable beds and many shelves to keep our clothes. Very clean and quiet. We could leave our bikes in a designated bike storage room. Great and tasty breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the Market Square and not far from the river.

Very nice and good hotel. Family room is very big with two rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Location is just in heart of city. We enjoyed stay.

Everything was perfect.

Central little hotel with comfortable and quiet rooms, a place to park the bike and excellent breakfast.

Everything was good.

Great little hotel right in the centre of town , close to everything, super clean, nice breakfast and big bike storage room that can take about 20 bikes. Nice

Everything was fine.

Nice hotel right inside the historic Altstadt (pedestrian zone). At first a bit hard to locate the hotel has very friendly staff and is clean. The room was very spacious, actually, it was two rooms with an extra seating area.

The bed was a bit saggy (worn out) on one of the two mattresses. No problem, I slept on the other side of the double bed.The room didnt have a coffee maker or tea heater, nor a fridge.

Rooms were nice, very new renovations, bathroom nice.

Not much to choose from at breakfast. Nobody spoke a word of English, except a maintenance man who was servicing the coffee machine. The WIFI does not reach the second floor. No elevator, several flights of stairs.

Location of hotel.

There is no parkinglot, Only a public which youll have to pay for. No elevator. Very hot in our room. Not worth the Price.
