Small but nicely decorated hotel in the center of the village, providing options for a stroll around nearby. Very near to the highway (important as we used it for a stopover on the way south). Good breakfast. Directly attached to the very good brewery restaurant next door.

nothing I did not like
The design is nice and the room is spacious with a big desk to work on. The bathroom was nice, but the shampoo bottles were not filled and there is no one in the reception to ask for a refill. No coffee machine, nor a kettle to have a warm drink in the evening. also one 0.2 ml water bottle which I found absolutely absurd. I have stayed in cheaper hotels that offer at least two bottles of water and some assortment of tees and coffees. The location isn great though, but I probably wouldn’t be staying there again.

Gorgeous location smack in the middle of the beautiful historical town. Very friendly staff who spoke flawless English. Spaceous clean room, looks exactly like pictures on booking. The breakfast was very nice, dinner in the restaurant downstairs with own brew beer very good.
