Perfect condition and cleanliness. A good value. Nice quiet location. Very spacious room.

Great location for travel stopover. Nice breakfast.Effort of the staff to serve other meals than pizza (we booked here because the restaurant is supposedly so good but upon arrival they told us we could only have pizza. An extremely nice waiter discussed with the kitchen staff and made it possible to have something else- very much appreciated :-)

I had a singe room, quite oldish, not cosy.Overall the building is not cosy, no outside terrace to enjoy a drink when the weather is good.

Mattrasses were quite soft and one was a bit lumpy.

The hotel is in a quiet town a short distance driving from the A1 highway and our large clean room was away from the main road, so had a good night sleep. Comfortable beds, though 2 separate beds and not the single bed we booked. Although we arrived after kitchen closing time, we could still order a warm dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast was simple, but all one needs. Good value for money.

Close to the highway, easy to find. We were able to get dinner when we arrived at 20.00 in the evening. We had a whole apartment, it was spacious, clean and beds were good. Staff was freindly

The breakfast is continental with a lot of options and plenty of seating. The rooms are nicely decorated with thoughtful touches like water on arrival. The area is nice, with lots of walking trails. A quiet relaxing area near to Osnabrück.

Nothing really. We have stayed in the past and will stay again

We have stayed here a couple of times before. We booked a family apartment even though there's just two of us and a dog, just so we have a bit more space, which for the little bit extra is nice. I sadly didn't do my research well enough and had forgotten to check that the restaurant on site isn't open on Sundays which we were very sad about, they do lovely food and are super accommodating to our dog being with us. We ended up buying a pizza across the road, just be mindful they only accept cash! Nice enough pizza. The Reception isn't open on Sundays either, but they were very lovely and had hidden our key for us, so we had no problem accessing the room.

I was sad that the restaurant was closed on a Sunday as it's such a popular day to travel through Europe due to no trucks allowed, but this was entirely my fault for not checking. The remote to our TV wasn't working and as it was sunday there was no reception to speak to directly about it, I could've called but it was such a minor thing, I didn't bother. Not a massive issue though as we had a laptop with us and some preloaded content to watch at night.

Nice and clean room.

We had dinner and I didn’t realize that they made me a wiener snizel in veal instead of pork I ordered. They made a new check that I signed. When checked out, in my bill was both dinner checks and the clerck had already charged my card. She could not correct this, had to call someone that was not on the premises to come and correct it. A woman came and she was extremely annoyed that she was bothered to come and correct THEIR error. No apologies, just a snooty behaviour.

The room was very clean, big and comfortable. The location was perfect.

I didnt like the food we have for dinner. However the breakfast was nice.We have the window to the street, that was a little bit noisy in the evening.

How central it was for the museum, walks and Osnabruck. Great base, great staff. I only gave the facilities a good rating because there was a wedding breakfast and we had to have breakfast in the annex, which was like a greenhouse because it was sunny. That aside, absolutely recommended.

Nothing irritated me. It was a good hotel for our 2 nights there.ŭ

Convenient for our trip. Food was OK and staff were pleasant.

Our room was in a well-designed house and the furthest from the restaurant and involvedstairs and an outside walk. Not good for those of us with mobility issues. No curtains or blinds in the bedroom, just a very thin gauze so we woke up early because of the light. Very odd.

The room was big and with good windows, the bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast was good with lots of chooses. There was good atmosphere and it fit perfect to our travel plans from Paris to Copenhagen.

I did not find any faults, except the staff did not speak English well.

The small apartment for families was clean, comfortable and bright. The schnitzel was great!

Beautiful apartment. So spacious and quiet. Staff were amazing. We arrived during a power cut due to a storm so were unable to check in but were given free bottled water and biscuits. Despite the long outage the staff managed to cater for a wedding in the evening.

Nothing. Location not exciting but we were only stopping en route.

Everything. The staff were very accommodating; the room was much nicer (and larger) than expected; there were dining options located close by; very quiet and lovely small town; and there was plenty of parking. Loved staying at this property.
