- The staff was nice enough to upgrade us to two adjacent rooms so the kids can sleep in their room.
- Great Dining and proximity to the airport.
- This should not get a rating higher than 1 or 2. Not a 4-star!!!!! On arrival, a gate was closed and locked so we had to walk up and have it opened. Only 2 staff were usually doing everything. Rooms did not have cups, shampoo, coffee or anything.

- You had to go to the desk for those needed items. The restaurant showed it would open at 7 p.m. so we stood there and no one showed up so we asked at the deck and they said it was closed this week. We had to have room service and we ordered 2 entrees
