Pros +
- Very spacious and clean room, comfortable bed
- We were greeted in a kind & welcoming manner. We were informed of several options for nearby dining needs & visited two renowned restaurants featuring German recipes. The room was secure, clean & complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast offered a variety of menu choices & could be savored inside or on the roof deck upstairs. Free parking in the garage was an added bonus.
- Decent hotel, very service minded receptionist. The stay was a bit expensive, but I understood that was because of the Hannover Messe the same week.
Cons -
- The remote staff and do-it-yourself approach for check-in/check-out and key retrieval was odd, a staff member (presumably) attempted to unlock the door to my room at 7:30 am, a great nuisance. Basement parking structure was very filthy/partially flooded
- somewhat difficult to find entrance and reception desk. hotel is part of office building.
- Really poor wifi, no cooling or options of lighter blankets. No kettle or mugs in the room.

large clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
somewhat difficult to find entrance and reception desk. hotel is part of office building.
Friendly staff, quiet, central location
Really poor wifi, no cooling or options of lighter blankets. No kettle or mugs in the room.
We booked our stay at the hotel based on its rating and proximity to the motorway. We did not expect anything more than a hotel room, which turned out to be an apartment with a terrace on the roof!
It was partly our fault, but when we went to have breakfast in the morning, all the warm food was already gone. We think it would be nice to ensure that occupants of every room have access to it. It was not a big issue, just a slight disappointment.
The hotel is ok as for one night, just to sleep, clean and with friendly staff. The hotel has its own parking, which is a big plus.
Some breakfast products look like not fresh.
Perfect value for money. The stuff was helpful and friendly, facilities clean and comfortable.
