Quite a lot so choose from menu in restaurant

No bacon served! And some mornings left without eggs.. Restaurant open hours not good

Stunning location - super helpful staff: early access to room (we arrived early) – fantastic advise on local shopping option (we’ve forgotten a few things ) – great breakfast – definitely recommended

Clean hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was informed by the reception that there would be a "small party" that evening, which might be a bit loud. Having worked in the hotel industry for over 8 years, I expected this to be over by 1 am, which is usually the case. However, the party went on until the early morning hours, with music so loud it felt like it was inside our room. This disrupted my sleep and made my stay incredibly unpleasant.We had prepaid for our room, so we had no alternative but to stay. The staff was not available late at night to address the noise issue, and when I raised the problem with the reception the next morning, they acknowledged the noise but offered only a free breakfast as compensation. The receptionist was as helpful as she could be under the circumstances, but when I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that managers do not have set hours and "come and go as they please." This lack of managerial presence is unprofessional and unacceptable. The discomfort of the receptionist was evident as she relayed the manager's disinterested response to my noise complaint. The manager suggested he might be available in an hour, but it could take longer because he wasn't sure if he would come then.Not wanting to wait indefinitely for a response, I left my contact information, expecting a call. Instead, the management's response to my complaint was an email apologizing but refusing to offer any further compensation, stating they didn’t believe they had done anything wrong. This situation demonstrates poor management on multiple levels:Failure to notify guests of potential disturbances immediately after booking.Absence of management or a supervisor on-site to address guest concerns in a timely manner.Lack of accountability for guest comfort and well-being.

We definitely liked our time in Parkhotel Rosarium. We had a wonderful view from the room, the Rosarium was so beautiful! The hotel was nice and the room was very clean with comfortable beds and nice bathroom (I loved the shower!). The receptionists were kind and nice.

We heard loud music from the hotel restaurant behind our room every evening, it was not unbearable, but in our last evening there was a wedding celebration and the noise was quite huge (loud music and talking people) even after 10 p.m., we clearly heard it even when we closed the window. In front of the building, there are not many parking spaces, but about 20 m away from the hotel there is a big free parking. We had to wait around 20 minutes when we came because no one was at the reception to check us in, we had to go for someone to the restaurant and then waited for a while but they were really nice afterwards...

Nice spot overlooking the park.Friendly staff.Within a few minutes walk of a GREAT Greek restaurant.Convenient for a meeting in the area the next morning, little traffic.All very reasonable for the price.

Breakfast ok, nothing special Room quite small: couldn’t get around the chair at the foot of the bed to get to the window, had to go over the bed!! I had stayed in a suite previously during covid when the price was low. It was much higher this time so I went with a standard room.No hot water came out of the shower in the morning, although there was plenty in the sink! I’m a fan of Wim Hof so took it cold and it woke me up great. But would have been nice to be able to make that decision myself rather than have it made for me!

Stay in a lot of chain hotels with work, good to try somewhere independent once in a while. Nice location by the park and lake. Friendly staff, though little English spoken so I had to pull out my schoolboy German a bit to get by. Junior suite room was spacious and comfortable. Evening meal in restaurant was good, chef was a lively guy.

Decor is a bit tired and outdated. TV in room not working. Breakfast very basic for the dozen or so Euros being charged for it.

Nothing much. Ate there first night and meal was OK. Waitress very helpful and charming.

No lift, small room, small bathroom. Dark staircase with inadequate lighting. Reception staff missing whenever needed.
