Rooms as described, breakfast was good. Street parking available.

The staff was warm and friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. Free parking and restaurants nearby.

The bathroom was somewhat dated and needed a good scrub the clean the tiles etc. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Great service. Very pleasent personel. Blonde receptionist female was lovely and very accomodating. All the best about this hotel.

The road the hotel was on was blocked off by construction & the only other access point was also blocked off by emergency vehicles due to a large fire in a neighboring building when we went to check in. We contacted the hotel for alternate arrangements & also to request a refund because we could not access the Property. We received no response & no refund & had to spend more money to find other lodging. Terrible customer service.

It was clean easy to move around, and over all a small home feeling hotel. Especially nice breakfast menu. And fantastic staff, despite me not speaking German they were incredibly nice and welcoming

There is not a big choice in the breakfast buffet and the personal is not able to provide you with the info of the ingredients for the specific products. So if you are allergic forget about getting some food there

Friendly helpful Marie on the front desk. We booked late, arrived late exhausted/travel weary, then had unexpected travel problems that Marie took on board and helped us work through .

Very friendly staff! Dog friendly, nice breakfast buffet. Last minute booking, and still got my room upgraded without requesting it! Locked garage which is nice when you have a lot of luggage in the car while travelling

Hotel was lovely but parking was a major problem. Although the hotel has a parking garage, they only offer free parking in the very small lot in front of the hotel. Garage parking is 14 Euro per day and very overpriced. Breakfast was amazing and had a great deal of choices. Beds were very hard but there were extra pillows in the room. Hotel staff is typical German and not very friendly. Hotel was quiet and had great air conditioning during the hot summer.
