- I generally stay here when I'm traveling to Thale for work. The hotel is fairly new. The rooms are adequately sized and comfortable.
- Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. The room and the bathroom were spacious, with a comfortable bed and a walk-in shower, and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for visiting the main attractions in Thale without having to use the car.

- The hotel could accommodate my extra wishes (e.g. for an early check-in) but they charged for each wish. Although understandable, this made my stay more expensive
- While the breakfast is good, it is sometimes quite limited when the Hotel isn't that busy.
- It was difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot, parking is not free, 5€/night- there was no information about that on booking.com. We had booked half board, on one evening the food was delicious, on the next evening it was rather disappointing.There was no reception and the WiFi in our room was not working.
