Campanile Nature - Taverny

The employees were extremely helpful and sweet! it was located close to a macDonalds and other eating places.

It is not labeled very well and was hard to locate because of that even with GPS. The room was extremely small but clean and it was an outside entrance. No in room coffee. Just instant.

The room was spacious and comfortable, conveniently located just off the motorway.

In advance we had booked dinner in the hotel for convenience. Upon arrival we were informed the restaurant was closed with no explanation/apologies. We were pointed towards the nearest McDonalds or Burger King. With all due respect, those are not restaurants but fast food outlets. It was disappointing to have to find an alternative place to eat after our long journery.

Clean and comfortable with trees around the property located on the edge of a centre commercial with plenty of options to shop and eat. The only downside was the close proximity to main roads with noise and pollution.

Very clean and updated room. The linens were high quality. Shower was excellent!

Arrived late which we had prenotified and confirmed but couldn't find any staff and self service machine wasn't working. After few minutes saw a staff member taking rubbish out and alerted him to our arrival

The property is just adjacent to the commercial district which was quite nice because there's good food and drink options available until late. Plenty of parking space, a good spread for breakfast. The staff was exceptionally helpful and facilities were quite alright for the price. We needed a stay close enough from Paris city and Parc Asterix and this was just perfect for us. We can definitely recommend this for couples.

Rooms could use some more light fittings because it got too dim in the evenings. The room is also a bit smaller than rest of Paris hotels but we can't really complain because the price is also a lot less than what we've paid during our last visits.

Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee machine wasn’t working on our arrival but was quickly fixed once reported. Despite being beside several busy roads and adjacent to a commercial/shopping centre it was very quiet in the rooms.Very comfortable bed

Room was small with only 1 chair for two people, so only the bed to sit on. Toilet flush worked intermittentlyOutside stairs were very dark at night, could definitely have been better lit

Needed place on outskirts of Paris to travel to north France. Well situated for this purpose. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent room and facilities. Friendly staff. Supermarket and McDonalds close by.

Room freshly decorated, serviced daily (although I had said that wouldn't be necessary), clean, bed comfortable, TV working, temperature suitable (didn't need to put heating on), shower and water temperature very good. Ample breakfast. Little noise from other guests or vehicles.

No bin in the room, just a small bin in the bathroom.

Finally…it’s in the process of being refurbished…but this is only down to the upcoming olympics I believe…however…

There were no bins in the room which is a standard object, and we stay in this hotel at least once a month. No bulbs in two of the lights so extremely dark, especially now with the new dark walls, it’s made it even more dark!No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom still looks the same as before, still a bit worn out looking, and the drain in the shower unit is not very good. Think it needs pumping out as you’re showering in what feels like a pool by the time you get out.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and tidy. Cleaning lady was very helpful. Nice and correct rooms / bathroom. Very nice breakfast buffet!

Nothing special - the only downside would be the traffic passing by but this is merely during the day. At night (or evening) when the nearby shopping mall closes down - this is reduced to almost zero.

The staff is lovely and very helpful. They are the best thing about this hotel. The restaurant area is quite nice as well. There’s lots of different tables and sofas to have a drink.

Pillows have lived, not dirty but used.linen is scarce, bad material, overwashed or washed over and over again...Room temp. control: A/C off>>>23C - heat coming form surroundings

Seemed to have a slight chemical smell in the room due to cleaning products

Only used hotel for one night stopover, Was adequate for that purpose. was clean and comfortable for a basic budget hotel

Great location for a stop off north of Paris, close to shops and restaurant and near Taverny station

Very basic but that’s what you pay for
