Westotel Taverny - Paris Val-d'Oise

Impeccably clean and felt brand new. Great facilities, secure parking at rear and very comfortable. Will definitely use this hotel again .

We booked a three-person room, but upon arrival, we found that the beds had not been changed and were dirty. Additionally, despite our reservation, the sofa bed was not set up. We had to sleep using clean towels as bedding because it was late and we couldn’t address the issue immediately. The next morning, we informed the reception about the cleanliness issues. They apologized and assured us that the room would be cleaned. However, when we returned in the evening after our city tour, the beds were still dirty. This experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services.

Huge room! I was shocked ?Not sure why people leave bad reviews on this hotel. Stayed in April 2025 and my room was excellent. Had a coffee machine and tea making facilities. No problem with Reception on arrival. Check in took no time. Had breakfast in the morning and it was decent. Didn't have time to use the pool, sauna or gym so can't comment on that. I sleep very well, no bad back and didn't get too hot during the night, the duvet was perfect! Location was perfect for my onward journey but might not be great for people wanting to get into Paris.And you get free parking too!In summary, it was perfect albeit super short (1 night).This will be my go to place when I need to travel south again.

Noticed that instructions said to leave towels not on the ground to leave them for future use, but unfortunately the towels were removed, that was a pity.

Some of the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Not sure where they got their 4 stars from. The aircon/heating system in the room didn't work. A manager of a 4 star hotel that doesn't speak English and denied the problems instead of finding a solution. The seats in the lounge area where so uncomfortable and will instantly give you a thoracic hernia. After the curtains are closed there is still a lot of light coming in from the car park lights.Last but not least we had better breakfasts in many 2 star hotels.

Good for value. If you have car, you can stay. But it will be hard for public transport.

Location (I knew before i book), the guy working in breakfast hall (with glasses) was rude. The rest was good.

The service for this price is excellent. The first room had an air conditioner issue, they changed the room when I contacted reception. In the parking lot Tesla chargers seem mounted(but not functional) on Dec 2024, soon this place will be a supercharger hub I guess.

staff messed up and gave as wrong keys to the room and we unpleasantly walked in to the room with people , there was no bedding provided for the cot , coffee price at the bar was more expensive then restoran

The hotel overall was lovely. The rooms are big and clean with super comfy beds.

The kids' bunk beds had no ladder. When i asked the staff at reception, they couldn't help us until the morning. However, no further assistance was given.

The bathroom was very clean.. the bed was comfortable.. the hotel was screaming new

i pay extea 150 euro as insurance and i checked out at 9 october and they told me its 2 days for getting back the 150 eurosand still not refund ..yet

The swimming pool does not like like it does in the pics and is in fact in the middle of a car park. The place itself is not clean, dirty corners, grubby upholstery. The staff were lovely, but the place itself was not good. The food was atrocious.

Lovely little pool and comfy sauna. Very comfortable bed and the room was well equipped. We had everything we needed.

No public transport access. Check-in time was too late and check-out too early, you don't get enough time in the room. Taxes and extra services very overpriced but you don't have to take them all.

We had a spacious room but it was also noisy at times.

The breakfast could be better.

The stuff, except few the crew was really unpleasant. The lady at the reception nice but the man was grumpy and absolutly not nice. The young server at the breakfast buffet super grumpy - not really good person to work with ppl. If you haze your job please choose for something else that passes better by you… breakfast little choices and nothing really healthy. Expensive for what it is and really bad coffee. The swimmingpool is so small that is useless. It is only interesting for kids or older ppl who only wants to get “wet” cool down in warm. Stuff stand under or window to smoke an chat loudly late in the night. They were not at their desk - reception so could not get in to parking for a while. You can not check in earlier only at 16h exact then only after 23-24h as we didn’t want to wait 3h … no any flexibility, absolutly not nice experience. Not friendly

It was very clean and tidy. Everything was in order.The room was spacious, the staff was accommodating and polite, the location is near a lot of shops and restaurants so if you need to eat or buy something it is really convenient.
