Dreadful. Would warn others of the poor facilities and service.

No Airconditioning; No in room phone, No walk in shower, No working hairdryer, no pool towels, no tables for drinks at pool side, long uphill walk to room.

Location is nice in that it is nicely secluded and has swimming pools and parking on site but if you want to go into town then this requires a bit of walking along the roads. Place is clean, staff is friendly. 2 very nice swimming pools and the view from the villa is very nice.

Air conditioning was not good and did not work well. Staff tried to fix it but in the end it hardly kept the room cool and we did not get a very good sleep. The hotel has 2 swimming pools but they don't provide you with any pool towels or extra towels (or you need to pay for renting some mediocre and smelly towels).

the location was great ! the rooms were large. The staff was very good and helping. It was nice to have a continental breakfast (toast, croissants, cake, coffee).

There seemed to be issues with the water - sometimes it was like there was air in the pipes and the hot water came orange and then it was good.

Villa Ersilia was such a beautiful place to stay. Antonella and Vincenzo were especially so nice & accommodating to us. We would recommend this place to anyone. Close to the Corso where you can shop and eat. Grounds were gorgeous & rooms so clean. Fresh towels every day were a plus as well.

Breakfast and staff were great. Supper was very good!

The elevator situation is a little tricky. Two elevators to go to 3rd floor.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff was cheerful and helpful.

There were ants everywhere.

room large and comfortable.

up huge hill outside of town. we arrived on opening day, so it is difficult to review based on limited services. pool was not filled. at checkout we were informed of another pool with water in it. although we were the only guests we were not treated in any attentive regard.

Staff, rooms, breakfast and the views were all amazing

rooms were spacious, clean with nice view from balcony. a refreshing change after staying in old small accommodation. finally a shower large enough. it also included a nice breakfast.

originally we booked quad room which was mosquito infested. luckily we were moved to main hotel which was perfect.

clean room, big shower, The staff are very kind, and do all they can to please.

I hold top management responsible for something I consider unexcusable. A brilliant chef, whose culinary delights based on wonderful local ingredients and traditions, was described on Booking.com; but the restaurant was closed. During peak season it’s quite difficult to find a place to eat in Soverato, so this was especially aggravating.Another disappointment was the absence of a sea view in the room. Again it seemed implied by the listing on Booking.com that most or all rooms had vistas of the lovely Ionian sea. Who is to blame for this? I was told Booking was responsible. I cannot, should not, and will not enter into this dispute. But as the guest, I am the one who was disappointed. If one is paying four star rates, one should enjoy four star perks. For these reasons I canceled a second stay I had planned, even sacrificing a deposit.

Good breakfast, big rooms with comfortable bed!

Nobody can speak English at reception, very far from the beach, no private beach available!

It was very clean and beautiful. We all enjoyed the pool and very much appreciated the shuttle service to the beach. The breakfast was also great. Lots of variety. I would recommend to others !
