Pros +
- Great rooms, very good value for moneynice bakery + coffee besides the hotel
- The room was very very nice. We went for one of the suites and it was definitely worth the extra. Maybe we got a good deal but it was excellent value. The food was also exceptional. We went for the standard restaurant and I would highly recommend it. Not sure what the Michelin recommended restaurant at the hotel would be like but I suspect superb on the bays of the standard one. Great farm shop and cafe. Good parking. Nice walks along the canal.
- Modern hotel with large rooms, nicely decorated in a quiet placeExcellent restaurant (book a table upon checking in)Friendly staffGood parking options
Cons -
- It was a bigger hotel than I realised and felt a bit more corporate than I'd imagined. Plus lots of people (not guests) at the cafe and farm shop, so not a remote getaway if that's what you're looking for. It's a little walk down to the canal and in fruit fields rather than wild countryside. It might have been user error but we couldn't get the water in the shower very hot. It was fine, just a little on the cool side. Still, an excellent stop for the food alone.
- The entry of the hotel was not so easy to find for a first time stay, waymarks would have been helpful
- Would like to have had access to tea and coffee making facilities and more information about the property on book in. Considering the type of accommodation, we were surprised to see a group of four children playing in the elevators everything we went to use them over the weekend.

Nice clean room but I thought pretty basic for the price. The breakfast was good although not the best we had while in Germany.
Beautiful location. Good size room and very comfy bed. Good breakfast.

Beautiful, peaceful setting. We loved relaxing with a beer at the nextdoor cafe in the afternoon, and we loved the gourmet market.
The room was nice, but a little small.
Great location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Rooms are very nice
Can be hot in rooms in summer, AC isn’t great
Great staff, clean big rooms, super breakfast
Clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast
Noisy airconditioning
We were there for only one night.Location was great.Friendly service.Very nice room (we had a suite).Top restaurant Hasenklee, with top cuisine, top service …. Just wonderful and a real extraordinary experience.
There was a issue with the tap in the bathroom. It was addressed immediately by allowing us to move to a different room. The inconvenience caused was also adequately compensated for.
Great location, beautiful hotel, very nice rooms
Breakfast was difficult. It took me 5 trips from our room to the room where the buffet was to check if scrambled eggs had been refilled. 2 stressed people serving in a fully booked hotel. They ran out of most things and had a really hard time refilling. Wine in the evening was very expensive 5.80eur for 0.1l and double for what we consider a normal glass in Luxembourg.
the hotel facilities, the surroundings, the room
There was no body lodian and hair conditioner, the room was not clean enough
Exceptional quality at breakfast buffet, this is why I always come back to this hotel. The restaurant is just great.Staff friendly as always, rooms clean and very quiet.
Very clean and comfortable room and large bathroom. Evening meal was very tasty and buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. Plenty of car parking.
Arrived at the agreed time but there was no receptionist available so booking in was done by a member of the restaurant team who dealt with it very well but was inexperienced in the role.
Rooms are modern, high quality; food quality benefits from the adjacent farm; friendly service.
Efficient business-like hotel that seems to cater primarily to business travellers and groups, but also very useful for a holiday. If you have a car, it is a good base for exploring Münster and the surrounding moated castles (there is ample free parking next to the hotel entrance). Rooms are clean and comfortable.
There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.
Good room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good. The hotel is located in a silent area which is great for someone to rest.
On Sundays, the check-in is only until 16:00, time in which the staff go to home and no one from the staff is at the hotel. In case of any problem, there is no one to help after 16:00 on Sunday. I booked a room with a sofa and the room in which I stayed didn’t have any sofa. I discussed with the lady in the reception and she told me that I should have called the hotel to ask to have a room with a sofa - this means that it is not enough to book a room with a sofa through Booking.com. This is certainly someone who wishes to stay at this hotel needs to have into consideration. The bed sheets and the pillow were to warm and I needed to change them twice during the night.
They had a dog treat and water bowl in my room ready for my dog. Was so refreshing to know he was also welcome.
The second time I stayed a few weeks later the room was much smaller and no water or treat for my pet. Everything else was exceptional.
Great and big room. Very comfortable and silent room with everything a person needs. The breakfast had a good variety of food and it was great. Employees were always ready to help and with a smile on their faces. Hotel very well located and with a great view. Parking spaces are also available in a considerable amount.
