- The front desk staff was always very resposive to the guests needs. A leak from the bathroom celing was observed and they promptly send a technician who indicated the need to change room, whci was promptly accomplished.,
- Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed/ mattress, nice gym with great city views...
- Location, friendly staff, room size, gym, pool! Good value for money!
Cons -
- Wouldn't say not like but there are areas for improvement... decoration is one of them, despite be a non-smokers hotel sometimes the smell of cigarettes is very intense... soundproof is another area that deserves some attention as well.
- There was a party in the hotel on Saturday night that was projection the noise through the different floors... plus an intense smell of smoking!! Not the best moment at all.
- The hotel is pretty old, the access to the spa was through the staff elevator and kitchen as the guests elevator did not work.
