Hotel Magnolia

It was clean and room was very spacious. Location was nice. Heating was on as it was very cold outside, so temperature was pleasant. They also left some tea and water bottles, and that was nice.

There was no reception although it was absolutely not mentioned on the booking. When we arrived we were unpleasantly surprised that we have to fill in all check in details. If we knew that in advance I would not go there as I do not like hotels without reception at all. Finally we booked room with breakfast included. There was no breakfast and we were just walking through hotel in the morning trying to find if at the end they served breakfast somewhere. Unfortunately there was no breakfast and no one was there to explain it to guests. We were not the only one that paid for breakfast and did not get it. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Quiet and peaceful, spacious room, bathroom, good responsive receptionist.Nearby convenient transportation to Prague, beautiful nature.

Hot water, a rare occurrence ?

the location of the hotel is very good with a nice view to the castle and mountains on the other side from the river. Bed was comfortable.

The Bathroom is in a very bad condition. The toilet does not really flush and when you take a shower you sprinkle all over the place as there are no curtains. Overall the Hotel and furniture has seen much better times. there are damages on most of the facilities. As we had no towels at first, we had to ask at the reception and finally got some rags also bad condition…

The staff was nice and the bedsheets and towels were clean

The toilet did not look well cleaned, the breakfast was poor , the window did not close so we sleeped with the open window. It’ s a 2 stars + hotel not a 3 stars. The carpet from the hallways and doors are not well maintained.

It was well located and there was a great restaurant nearby.

The shower head wasn’t working, so I took a bath every time.

The location on the main square is nice, View from the front side is nice to have.The rooms are absolutely large! The beds are quite ok.Staff is not skilled, but very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is next to the hotel, in their restaurant. Quality of that is simpel, but good.

Parking space is mainly paid (free 17:00-07:00)Rooms are not spotless clean, we had several rooms, toilets would hardly or not flush, rooms were not cleaned.Interior of the rooms dated, no Minibar or watercooker .... Small desk, but no chair, no sockets next to bed.Problems with CC payements.Looks like has had best time and is not updated since years.Only reason they exist is the lack of enough other hotels around and because during maintenance time in the factories all hotels are full.....
