The managment and the stuff were extra helpful, we think they are professional and humain. kudos to the staff and managment. we will come back.

1. two out of two times, there was an event in the hotel. the noise disturbed the sleep, this is unacceptble. either it is a hotel or an event venue, but if both, please ensure noise levels are suited for guests to sleep well. If I am booking for a room with no cancellation, this should be MENTION prior the booking.2. paying for a driving lot in a place that mostly accesible with a car is another feature that should be mentioned prior to the booking, where no cancellation accepted.3. carpets floors in 2025, this just reduces the cleanliness of this hotel. most of carpets are hard to maintain clean. this goes the same with curtains. there are better soultions for a 5 star hotel in 2025 to overcome these.I hope this finds someone as a constructive critisicm. I surely would like to visit the hotel again.

Great ambiance, very big & comfortable room, great lighting. Very quite and relaxing hotel. Kitchen was also great.Pool & facilities are very good , really enjoyed with my family.

Pool temperature could have been a bit more, this would be the only thing to complain.Also breakfast was kind of standard (not bad for sure but not the best either, our expectation was higher)

The modern styled rooms were great while the classical rooms leaves room for renovation.

The pool area didn't have all functionality activated

-the gardens are exceptional -room was spacious, stunning view-absolutely 10/10 for cleanliness-24/7 pool

-no breakfast included in price-one staff member followed us to the basement to see if we were patrons, I presume-should be notified of extra expense of having our daughter stay with us ahead of time

Building works next door, not their fault. No coffee/tea in the room (but available at the bar)

Breakfast was very good, the wachtelbreast I had was excellent. Saunas and pool was OK.

The breakfast was wonderful but is not included in the price. The dinner was good.

When we complained about the late-night noise coming from a wedding party below our room the managementmoved us to another room for the night which we greatly appreciated. Their policy is to notify guests of big parties taking place but apparently had not done so in our case. In addition, they comped us for the breakfast the next day.

Loved the spa facilities on offer.

There was no air conditioning in my room, hence it was difficult to have a good sleep. I later found out I should have asked upon checking. The breakfast had less variety but loved the freshly made eggs.

The excellent restaurant and swimming facilities are located in a stunning environment.

Nothing. Everything was above my expectations

As soon as you drive up driveway, you feel like being in a fairy tale. A castle-like appearance, clean cut grass, flowers, ... you almost expect birds landing on your arm and singing you a song.The staff may have been the friendliest I ever encountered in a hotel in Germany. The front desk, the cleaning staff, the spa, the restaurant, the bar - everyone was more than friendly.The rooms were quite big, with comfy beds and there was no noise at all.The gym was equipped enough. My colleague was happy with the sauna and we only took a glimpse at the bathing area, which was open around the clock. If we have had more time, we definitely would have tried it.The restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast. The barkeeper talked with us almost an hour after the bar was closed. One more example for the extremely freindly staff.If I ever visit Rotenburg again, I'm going to stay in this hotel again.

I would have loved to have an AC. It wasn't too hot but I can imagine it being quite warm in the middle of summer.

We already stay five times in this hotel, nice hotel with beautiful and clean rooms with spacious bathroom, Top hotel.

The ambiance of the hotel is amazing. It is super cozy. The rooms are beautiful. The pool area is really nice and the food is delicious. The staff has always been super attentive. Great place for a romantic weekend getaway!

The hotel was a bit too warm in general, which put us in a sleepy mood most of the time, but it is maybe just us. Another thing was the strong food smell inside the hotel at times, I think it can be better ventilated.

Fabulous pool and spa. Beautiful gardens and classic style hotel. Great food.

Breakfast and dinner was a little on the expensive side, but it was excellent.

First of all, WOW. Photos online don’t do the hotel justice. It is stunning. We arrived in a taxi and before we could even get out the hotel receptionist already had our bags out of the car and into the hotel. Staff were so lovely and went above and beyond. Anything you needed they were more than happy to help. The sauna and the pool were amazing features! I Could not say a bad word about the overall experience

Great breakfast! They even brought a fresh waffle for my son. Swimming pool is nice and big, enough for a leisurely swim. I traveled alone with my 1,5 year old, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. He even got his own little bathrobe.

The room was too hot; when I mentioned it to the receptionist she told me that I should have switched on the air condition. This is not a healthy option for a 1,5 year old! The room was also not the most quiet one since it happened to be right above the back door where the staff went in and out throwing out bottles etc after closing the restaurant.

Great Hotel. Very friendly staff and splendly renewed and redesigned rooms. Great hideaway for a few days to escape the stress of day to day life. The restaurant is also very nice for dinner and breakfast is great.

During our stay very small kids were around. Not too noisy but well for Valentinesday you just feel like escaping normal life :) .Overall the hotel lacks a certain maintenance in specific areas (terrasses are full of green, no evergreen plants on the terrasses, no soap in the spa area, some watertap's in the spa are not working properly. All in itself not a big deal but in the sum for a 5star hotel something to chek into. Also the room we booked initially was way out of standard range for 2022 and we were very happy we could upgrade to a modern room which are really nice. Sad we had to pay for the upgrade... The room we booked initially should not even be available in such a hotel irrespective of the price (small, bad matrasse, very old bathroom design, ...).
