Having flu after a cold night

Heaters were not working and it was cold

Clean, cosy, very polite and warm staff, plenty of parking.

wifi on the last room was sometimes disconnected, maybe too far away?

Everything good, clean, staff is kind, breakfast is good.

Wifi and the internet was really bad

Perfect overnight stay, super polite and friendly owners, arriving very late we were even offered to have a dinner specially coocked for us. Big spacy room, nice batbroom, comfortable bed, big parking lot, rich breakfast.

Sound insulation could be better, but wasnt a big issue as its an old historic building and not much you can do.

The bathroom in a room adapted for disabled people is not adapted for paraplegics. The toilet seat is definitely too high, there is a bathtub and not a shower accessible to a person in a wheelchair.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of morning foods. The room was very spacious, with a big bathroom, very clean in the room. It was also quiet during my visit.

Only the weather was bad, the hotel was great.

Nice old-fashioned room with enough space; very quiet, very goog breakfast, quick, easy and customer-friendly check-in and check-out. Enough parking space nearby.

Narrow and quite small bed – you are not accustomed to these classic single beds any more. – The overall impression is a bit old fashoined - which has its own charm, but some people may dislike. The WiFi is not really fast if you have to upload or download bigger data volume.

Difficulty in getting -in, no one answered the phone on the front door and a kind occupand saw uis and let us in. We arrived in the middle of the 7-8pm slot which had been advised to the hotel. (reception hours were very limited)One bedside lihght did ot work, but with no staff present , nothing could be done.

The hotel is rather big for a small town and provided a comfortable room, free parking space, a very good breakfast and a lounge area with some drinks all day round.

The bathroom was spacious enough and clean but not new or stylish. But it completely served its purpose, so no real complaint.

Welcoming privately run hotel with friendly and helpful staff sincerely looking after the well-being of their guests. Excellent à la carte breakfast, hygienically impeccable in pandemic times. Though there is no restaurant, late arrivals do not go hungry. There is a range of local delicacies and drinks available at self service. Parking in front of the house, the charming town centre of Rehau a few minutes walk and still a quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Crib / baby bett provided was too big and low for baby under 1 year.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Proper for short stays. Receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Everythink was fine.

It was practical to stay here for one night when travelling back to Sweden. Nearby the Authobahn and good parking.

After 18:00 noone works here, we did take a drink /self service, but it felt spooky. No working restaurant in the evning either, maybe coz of pandemic? No mini fridge in our room and bed is really hard and uncomfortable. Ventilation was very loud and we couldn’t turn it off.. kept us awake. For us is good bed a must have so next time we will stay in the other hotel, 2 streets away that had a restaurant open!

Very nice owners! Came from Bosnia after a long trip and they were very nice people. Will come here again!
