Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was very hot with no Aircondioner. The internet is halfway working. The shower was very slippery becarful The hotel was a little overpriced for off-season.

A bit bigger SpA area would be required as we did not find available loungers after using the Sauna.

Everything was perfect. Excellent breakfast with lovely lake view. Comfortable beds.Parking infront of the hotel for free, or across the street for 9eur/day or 2,5eur/hour.

It was a very bad experience, and too expensive for the quality. The room is run down, too warm, old and not very nice. The whole building feels run down. No night receptionist (and therefore no working elevator!?!) which you even get in a 1 star hotel. So a no go in a 4 star!Food served without love.Receptionist staff was lovely, restaurant staff in evening was nice too. But breakfast staff was bordering rude. Choice for breakfast was poor, and no indication of anything being home made or Bio (jams, breads, eggs etc)... A cigarette vending machine in the hallsays?! Simply no class.We stayed 1 night, and had the cheapest meal for dinner (vegetarian meals, no alcohol) and paid 250 euros....!?We just stayed in a holiday inn for half the price but twice as good.

The breakfast was exceptional, so much variety. The location by the lake was picturesque. It was so quiet and no noise, so relaxing.

I had a small room in the third floor, it was under the roof and only a small window was there so it was a bit dark, also it was too warm to sleep. It was too expensive for such a room (140 Euros for a single room including breakfast, that price would have been ok for the first floor or the basement but not a roof room). The shower didn't really function because where setting cold or hot it failed to set it because it was obviously broken, it was extremely hot, so I couldn't wash my hair. The taxi that the reception ordered for me never showed up even if I relied on it since I had to go to the railway station at a certain time. Luckily, I could take a bus which was very rare on a Sunday and I could make it on time to catch my train. What a hassle.

The staff are very friendly and made me feel welcome immediately. There's a secure space for the more expensive bikes and the room with its lake view is amazing. I also like the breakfast very much, and especially the breakfast room with the terrific view

The location was amazing, the views over the lake quite beautiful. Rooms were light and spacious. Lastly the staff were lovely and even put out bowls and a bed for our dog.

The food was the best among all we experienced in our life, the staff at the restaurant were also great. The room was super nice. Beautiful lake view, spacious comfortable room.

Extremely spacious and lovely room, overlooking the water. Modern and roomy bathroom. Staff extremely accommodating, carried my bags up the stairs as we were in a section with no elevator. Parking across the street in a public pay lot.

Nothing, was all great Didn't try the restaurant. Would definitely return.

Limited parking on premises. We had to use the public parking across street from the hotel, (1€ for 30mins.) Bathroom somewhat dated. Room and restaurant relatively expensive for what’s on offer.

The location and view were great. Sitting on the hotel pier/terrace was very pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast was really good. I asked for a cappuccino at breakfast because I didn't want filter coffee and it was brought to me free of charge.

The box with the vanity set was in the bathroom, but it was empty. The bathroom mat was completely missing. Some towels were not completely clean.

Breakfast staff very rude and absolutely not helpful with baby. Parking is a nightmare and we had to find our own solutions.

The setting by the lake is awesome. Very relaxing and sumptuous atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant and were very impressed with the quality and presentation of the food, with gluten free options.

Although this felt like a luxury hotel at a price to match, for some reason there were no facilities for making tea/coffee during the day; if you ordered it, you had to pay the restaurant tariff. The offer of gluten free bread at breakfast (for my wife who is coeliac) was very disappointing; we had much better/tastier provision at the other three hotels this trip.There was an issue with the WiFi which was intermittent at best - a newly installed system was causing problems.
