The only point I would mention is that the stairway and hallway were not well illuminated, which was a bit dangerous. They should install a sensor that turns the lights on automatically if they want to save energy, so the lights only switch on when needed.

This was a last minute booking. I originally needed 2 nights but only one night was available. Manager tried very hard to verify no room available. They allowed me to stay in the lobby with family to make other arrangements and even served us cappuccinos.

Beautifull sculptures around the hotel.

No beer at the bar, extremly slow waiter on the bar. Staff mostly do not speak english.

The breakfast was very good, including freshly prepared eggs. The coffee was excellent, coming from the espresso machine.I'd also like to mention that the breakfast room was air-conditioned.

I have to give the pool a negative point, but only because the sloping edges made it very difficult to get out of the water. Cleanliness was top notch.

Very nice hotel and super quiet. Stayed one night . Perfect location. Staff very accommodating and genuine. I will stay there again when I need to buzz around that area for work in the coming months.

Location is very nice and quiet. There is parking place at the hotel for free.

The hotel needs remodeling since it looks a bit old.

To be honest, worst hotel I've ever stayed in. You, booking.com, should check the facilities from time to time. The door with broken lock, damaged surfaces of beds and the cabinet in the bathroom. And wall surface in the bathroom also partially not finished, and shower mold must be cleaned.....

the staff were really friendly and helpful - good traditional food, menu of the day was good- the breakfast was good and lovely staff - fit for World Champion Cyclist of which 2 were staying in the hotel!!

Good location, 45 mins from Venice

Bed and matras are really hard unable to sleep well, also very noisy.

The price and the 4 * displayed are totally out of place. The hotel needs a deep renovation, the bathroom is horrible, dilapidated, with unfinished improvised repairs, the false ceiling dismantled, even those staying in distant rooms could hear it. the only ok aspect was the breakfast

The manager is a real italian 'Mamma' She took care of us from the first moment we entered in the hotel. She gave as great advices what we should visit and made real all of our requests, even we would need more scrumbled eggs at breakfast. Great kitchen, nice swimming pool. Good temperature in rooms. The bathrooms were just renovated.

The hotel gets its new outlook, so a few hall door frames are not painted, but it will be soon nicer than before.

we had to pay for the swimming pool and it was not clear from the beginning. the price also changed few times.

Rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and the restaurant was superb!

Excellent location with access directly on the main street, very friendly staff with personal approach, in-house restaurant (very good), breakfast, nice and clean swimming pool at the garden, private parking ground... Excellent value-for-money ratio.

I have stayed here many times over the years and it has always been fantastic. This is why it is my 'go to' when in the Veneto. It's a long way from Australia to Italy so I want something great yet easy. It is always my first stop and will continue to be. Wonderful staff too!.. thank you 77!
