Friendly staff, great food, excellent location.
Nice breakfast. Smooth check in late at night using a key box.
Maybe bit expensive.
The hotel is very good Rooms are big and nice decorated - you see one put heard into preparing them.Bathroom is spacious and you have everything you need.Breakfast is good But the most I appreciated the way people here welcome one from all their heart.
We've been to Winterberg for ski trip, 20mins by car to the slopes.Whole cozy hotel was having such a fairy tale vibe.Rooms were great.Amazing breakfast and staff.Totally recommended.
Excellent continental breakfast, extremely clean and assessable rooms. Conveniently located in the centre of town close to restaurants and park. This is the third time I have stayed here in the last 10 years and the experience has been great each time.
Breakfast
Small cluttered room and too red, watching guests pick up bread rolls with their hands rather than tongs.
The room was very comfortable, and I had some relaxing evenings after meetings with colleagues all day, as I had travelled for business meetings. The breakfast provided each morning was also very good, lot's of tasty food and drinks! This is a great place to stay for work or for vacation - a beautiful hotel in a beautiful town.
Clean room. Breakfast
Extra charge for late arrival
The breakfast had a lot of choice and there was plenty of good coffee ?
The couch turned into a bed was quite hard. Both to relax on and to sleep on.
Lovely b&b in town setting, clean & comfortable. Garage for our motorcycles.Plenty of restaurants in locality.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Very friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a small dog with us and a small basket was waiting for him (nice point of attention). The hotelis in the center of the village with some restaurants nearby (food is good, price is a bit high, reservation is recommended). Breakafast was well taken care off, You can park next to hotel, elavator is present.
We booked a larger room than the standard, but also this one was a bit small.
