Pros +
- Comfy symphatic hotel in Olbernhau. Quite small room with some strange lights around the bed. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast. This is a really romantic location with several options on the premises (Kneipe, Restaurants, bowling) The restaurant is very very good with an exclusive wine list.
- Great location close to multiple hiking trails and in a historic district. Pleasant staff, comfortable bed, convenient and good restaurant.
- really nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good and substantial breakfast, very nice and old buildings (historical place)
Cons -
- The columns around the bed were a bit strange. People started to talk outside the window very early in the morning and it was quite noisy.
- Would have liked a slightly larger bathroom, particularly the shower.
- I had a misunderstanding with one of the staff members over the phone and she was rude and sarcastic, I didn’t like that. You can always convey a message nicely and with a smile, at least that’s what I expect as a guest. But once we got there all the staff members were welcoming and nice.
