Good transport links, friendly staff who were very accommodating, evening meal was exceptional, nice outdoor pool with friendly atmosphere, it was very quiet in the room and didn’t feel like there were many people around.

Bigger selection at breakfast and the shower kept fluctuating in temperature. Airport pickup was advertised but actually wasn’t available. However there was a free shuttle to and from the hotel to the local train station (bookable by phone).

Staff not welcoming and not friendly. Poor cleanness of the bathroom. Swimming pool without maintenance and disgusting dirty.

A terrible hotel, the Aircon did not work and the staff did nothing to try and fix it. We left 2 days early even though we had to pay for those days. We just couldn’t wait to leave. Totally unacceptable old, dirty rooms and bathrooms. Just awful

The building structure, quite unexspected.

Too much tree around the parking lot - placed between slots to limit the space. Difficult to maneuver.

Comfortable, spacious room with large balcony. Lovely setting with nice gardens/lanterns. Very good food. The hotel shuttle service which linked hotel with train station was great. Lovely places to visit, by train, in vacinity of Unahotels

Nice hotel with large rooms. Nice breakfast. Good free secured parking in front of hotel.

Noisy at night because of airco sound outside of the room.Disappointed that the swimming pool and relaxing area around the swimming pool was not ready.We took this hotel especially to chill, relax and enjoy of the calm around the swimming pool, but "it was not the season yet", as the personnel explained. This should have been said upfront.. than we would have known that we couldn't relax around the swimming pool or swim.

I will never come back

Rooms are a disaster. The standard room is extremely small, and the bathroom is a misunderstanding (even medium-sized people will not turn in the shower). When I have asked for a different room, I got a room where water was dropping from a ceiling, to the middle of my bed.Finally when I paid 20 EUR/night extra I got reasonable room.The breakfast was monotonous. Same menu throughout the stay, no vegetables

Beautiful hotel with good and clean rooms. Pool and fitness room are great. A great place to have business events.

Mainly focussed on companies. Wine tasting room only available for companies and also other area´s of the hotel are cleared to make room, which indicates the priorities. Buffet option is difficult with the covid measures.

Cleanliness and gym facilities

This is not 4 star hotel , breakfast has very limited choice with some scrambled egg and everything made of pork . You are not allowed to self serve so have to look and wait for someone to serve you and staff are never around .Spa facilities are great but nothing works , jacuzzi is out of use , sauna was out of order . Water in the pool is freezing cold .Booked a slot for 13:00 , no staff at reception and had to wait 30min outside for them to let us in . Steam room was off , asked staff to turn it on , lady turned it on wrongly twice making us wait for another 20min for nothing until we saw some work man and asked him to do it and by that time our time at spa was over .Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends .I am sure for this price you can find something much better .
