Neustädter Hof Hotel Garni

Big room with an additional table and chairs, cozy atmosphere

All good

Internet connection was good.

They switch off the heating system around 09.00 PM. The room gets colder and colder. It was freezing cold around midnight. They turn the system on around 06.00 am. This is awful. I got the flu. The cleaning was not good, there was some hair in front of the mirror in the bathroom. There was some stain of something in the tub.

Great apartment hotel above a small parade of shops, great rooms and a great breakfast. Lovely staff, especially the lady who checked us in and advised which local restaurants would be open on a Monday night.

Continental breakfast buffet style. Supermarket and Pharmacy next door which was perfect.

No kettle in room, but then realised on last day could use the kitchen. This was not a problem though as was out all of the day during our stay.

Location is great and pleasant staff work here

Initial Limited access and Check in hours were a bit of a problem as I arrived at noon. I wasn’t able to check in until 4 pm. After the check in they give a key for anytime access.

Bad

Breakfast was completely not satisfied. Only very basic food items are available. The kitchen is not clean. Completely dissatisfied. We didn't expect the breakfast food items.

Nice and friendly staff. Large nice room and bathroom. Close to supermarket and pharmacy. Our bikes was kept in a locked and safe garage.

Nice breakfast buffet, quiet and clean room, helpful english speaking staff

Pillow too soft

The reception shut at 8 PM, we checked in and got a key to the room but not the front door. We were locked out overnight with no support from Booking.com or the hotel. Answer machine on and no help to get in. They refused to issue a refund the next day. We are transporting Ukrainian refugees and needed somewhere for our driver to rest. Instead, we had to look for alternative accommodation in the middle of the night and not even an apology. The key did not open the front door it's as simple as that and they refuse to issue a refund, so essentially took money donated to us to offer this help to refugees. AVOID.

Rude staff.

the location is in a shopping mall away from the city center. there was no restaurant in the area, but a 15 minutes walk gave a number of options. due to the pandemic, there still were restrictions. however, we were lucky to find an italian restaurant where we had the last free table in the outside area.

It was same standard as before

The hotel is always a little warm.
