- I hand an unplanned overnight stay in Münchberg, due to a breakdown on my motorbike. The most pressing thing in such occasions is feeling that people have at least some sympathy.The staff at the Hotel Rossner were welcoming, understanding, and sympathetic from the start. They very kindly allowed me early entry to my room, which was appreciated and late departure, had I required the latter.Once repairs on my motorbike had been completed, they were happy for me to leave my luggage in the lobby wardrobe, from where I could easily retrieve it, once I had got my bike.They asked me if I had any clothes I needed drying on arrival and helped carry my luggage to my room.The room was large and pleasant, with an ensuite bathroom, desk, and TV. As others have stated, the decor may not be the latest, but it's all clean, functional, and there's no point in changing things for the sake of it.Above all, what matters is the human interaction between staff and guest and on that basis, I'd be more than happy to recommend the hotel to anyone.

Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The restaurant is a real bonus and it served delicious dinners. To meet the family and hear the history of the hotel was very special. I would stay there again.

It is very close to city center and supermarket. Room is cleaned everyday and breakfast is good. You can eat dinner there as well

unfortunately instead of the twin bed there was a single bed, which is not so good, I might have taken a different hotel
