Hotel Come In

The breakfast was great, the check-in process easy.

The bed was not comfortable and clearly needs the mattress to be replaced, too old.

it's cheap. good breakfast.

single bed.

Easy to check in out of hours. Ideal for passing through or a short stay. Room was clean and comfortable - all good.

Parking was very difficult - I took the last spot, and others were struggling to find anywhere. It also wasn't clear where you could park - I ended up parking in a spot that I suspect may not actually have belonged to the hotel. Definitely not what you need late at night. Not a place to sit back and enjoy the hotel - it's on a busy road and not a scenic location.

The breakfast was just fine, nice coffee, for that price everything was fresh, only the scramble eggs was not so good, otherwise everything else was just right

As most hotels in Germany, the wifi sucked:) but if you have your own internet or do not care about this i can highly recommend. Even the registration on your own was not that difficult.

Excellent stay very comfortable clean and tidy

Bathroom

Great staff, friendly had a good chat with the owner in the morning. Great location 5 min walk to the centre with a bakery across the road

Communication as we turned up late. Very helpful. Access to water . ( Free of charge too)

Need coffee and tea facilities in the rooms. Needed a tea when we turned up late.

Hotel was modern.clean and convenient for purpose of our stay.On bus route close to frondenberg Station.10 minutes from town centre

Room was quite small. No tea or coffee facilities in room Beds could have been more comfortableNo liftOur room on 2nd floor. Many Steps to room.Didn't see many staff. Collected key from keysafe 24 hour service by phone.zkeyfob not wirk well for entrance to hotel or room

Very nice couple own it. They welcomed us really well with good recommendations and instructions. The room was clean and there was easy parking.

At checkout the lady wasn’t very nice to me and when I asked her about the checkout she only told me to give her the keys, but I think she was busy putting the breakfast.

Friendly staff ,clean comfortable rooms

Nice, kind staff

The process of arrival/entrance was unclear. In arrival we noticed there was a keycase on at door that needed a PIN. There is no mention of this when you book a room. There is a Booking PIN mentioned, but this is not the PIN you need. There was a phone number mentioned on the door, but it's not answered. The number in the Booking Reservation Confirmation was answered and that's how we got in eventually.

Sad

Thin walls. Loud neighbours .No 24/24 reception. No lift.Electronic key dispenser hardly working

Excellent for value, good polite staff, excellent hygiene

We had a small problem at the start but didn't effect the outcome

The price was really good, location is convenient and close to a really good bakery. The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. There were a bit of noise at night as new customers would arrive, but that's normal I guess.

The design of the apartment. Very spacious.

No electric fan available.

It was a good location.

There was no hot water and the floor in the room wasn’t very clean.

Location

No parking, automatic No staff

Ideal for short stay , excellent value for what you pay , very clean , very good staff paying might be a problem but there's a superstore across the road with no parking restrictions, not what I saw

Visiting relatives,, so I wanted value not expensive, which this hotel caterers for

Room was on the small size but was clean and warm bathroom average size bed comfortable enough

Poor parking quite a distance from shops and restaurants

The facilities were very modern and in trend. Friendly service and staff.

Not encountering staff at reception for the duration of my stay. Some guest being very loud at night.
