Hotel No. 11

It was wonderful staying at hotel 11. The staff was so sweet and very soft spoken and kind. The location is so beautiful. I shall visit again.

Everything was so nice. Nothing to be disliked.

Very comfortable small hotel with good breakfast

Reception does not open until 4pm so if you arrive before that time you have to lug your suitcases to a nearby cafe, not the best start especially if its raining, but that is the only negative and they do advise you cant book min until 4.

A charming property with bags of character, refurbished and modernised to an excellent standard but retaining period charm. The comfortable rooms are tastefully furnished by someone with a very good eye and breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room would have benefited from some drawer space but other than that it was perfect.

The staff is very friendly, flexible and helpful. I have been staying here several times. Good location, everything/centre walking distance. Very good value for money. Great breakfast.

One of my favorite places to stay. I come to the area often and would not think of staying elsewhere. Whoever does the interior decorating is very good at it. Cute, cozy and charming.

I often make the mistake of coming on a Monday and most of the restaurants in town are closed. Not the fault of the hotel but something to keep in mind.

The hotel was hidden, it allowed a late check in time but did not advise the keys needs to be picked up at the lo k box location. We panicked for half hour until we figured out a number to call. As English speaking guests, we could not read their notices. The hotel staff was impatient and very rude during check out. They work off business hours and expect guests to accommodate to their schedule.

Cleanliness location breakfast

Everything was great.

Breakfast was lovely with made to order eggs, homemade jam and fresh juice.

The only thing that was a bit annoying were the church bells ringing all night announcing the time.

The owner was very welcoming when I arrived and my first impressions were good.

I went to bed at 10.30 pm but didn't get to sleep until about 2.30 am because the guests in the neighbouring room had their television on all night. I tried banging on the wall several times and at 1.30 got up and banged on their door. It had no effect and by this time I was too stressed to sleep anyway. I tried to speak to them in the morning over breakfast but the man got quite aggressive and made it clear that if they wanted to have the television on, they would have the television on, and if that prevented me from sleeping, that was my problem. Obviously this has no reflection on the hotel, which is perfectly nice, although I suppose the soundproofing could be better; and if reception was staffed at night I might have been able to change rooms.

A boutique style hotel, the decor was beautiful, very cosy and plush. The beds were super comfortable. The best hotel sleep I've ever had. The beds, pillows and duvet were soft and luxurious...it was like sleeping on a cloud.The breakfast was delicious. Attention to detail with the place setting at the table was noted. Staff were friendly and attentive.

There wasn't really a lobby area to sit in. Not possible to order drinks/food outside of the breakfast time. The cafe area was not open in the evening. It felt more like a luxury guesthouse than a hotel.

coffee machine on the room is great but you'll get cofee capsules only when you arrive, I'd appreciate at least 1 capsule for every day.

Beautiful property in a great location, friendly staff & a few minutes walk to the restaurants & shops.

The breakfast was good and the breakfast room absolutely lovely. The service is very good. I really love this hotel.

This is my fourth stay I think so there is nothing that I do not like. The town was largely closed up which is disappointing but not the fault of the hotel.

I have had the pleasure to be a guest multiple times, and every time, the staff and hotel live up to my expectations. That is why I happily return
