Really nice staff, breakfast was very good and the location is perfect. Everything is walking distance away. No complaints!

Good value for money. In the centre with a park at the back. Easy parking. Spacious

Rooms are big and comfortable, despite I was near a street I didn't feel it. Breakfast is good. Fresh fruits, bread selection, good tea selection.

The rooms are cleaned every 2 days.

friendly staff. the room and bathroom spacious and spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. table and chairs in room, small but workable kitchen area. small balcony with table, chairs and a lovely view. would highly recommend, if in the area again would return for sure

Extremely clean. The little kitchen in the room was well-equipped and well-thought-through. Park behind the property was perfect for the dog. One also couldn’t hear much from adjacent rooms.

If I absolutely had to mention something, I’d say the mattress might have been a bit older. But really not a big deal.

This was a modern place with fantastic bathroom and our own balcony right between the town and the walk to one of the castles. Downstairs was an excellent coffee shop that was really good. Very much enjoyed our visit

The Hotel is situated very nicely next to a small river and right on the side of the towns center. Everything can be reached on foot. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and we had some nice conversations with them. The interior design of the place is very well thought through and everything is harmoniously designed, which is very important to me as an architect. I felt comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked through the door.There is a breakfast buffet which, though small has a great selection of everything one could wish for. From fruits and vegetables to bread and cereals there was a bit of everything

Huge apartment, modern, clean, good facilities.

Last check in at 16.30!!! Never come across that before in a hotel. Informed by email (in German) a few days before arrival. Had to rush to make sure we arrived in time.

Centrally located and short walk to the market square and the town’s restaurants. Large room and comfy bed also having a large en suite bathroom. The hotel is modern, with facilities to match, would definitely recommend

Clean, friendly, comfy

It's a modern hotel well located from the town center and places to visit.We had a small apartment with a balcony and vue on the river. Very comfortable with friendly staff. I recommend it.

Large apartment with all services. Excellent breakfast. Underground parking. Very nice town and some good Italian restaurants.

No problems .

The staff was unfriendly and cold. The hotel functional and clean but not warm and welcoming. No coffee making facility. The location was great but next time I would look for another place to stay.

Spacious and modern apartments. Location was good, we made use of the (paid) parking in the garage below the hotel and that was convenient for us.

There was a lack of service. When we checked in, we were asked if they needed to come clean our room every day, since we were staying 6 nights. We agreed to one cleaning in the middle of our stay. On that day we were gone all morning and arrived back at 13.30 for our kids nap but they still hadn’t cleaned our room. We went to reception and rescheduled the cleaning for the next day. They came the next day, but hardly did anything- we got 3 new towels and they emptied our trash. Didn’t vacuum or clean anything, didn’t leave new toilet paper (so we had to go to reception and ask for it).. On our last night the hotel restaurant was rented out for a private party and they were blasting music (it was really incredibly loud) at 1 in the morning. Seems very strange this would be allowed at a hotel.

Modern hotel close to historic district. Our room had a balcony overlooking a stream and patio. Goodbreakfast, clean room and public areas. Helpful, friendly staff.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff. Restaurant serves well made food and the environgens is very pleasant. Great for travelling with a dog!

The hotel is very good located. The downtown is nearby and the Burg as well.The room was big and well furnished with enough space for stowing.The bathroom was also big and modern.

Our room was at the street side and it was loud when the cars passed. Fortunately, it was limited traffic at night.The room was a bit too warm but due to the traffic opening the window was not a solution

Location was perfect for us, i imagine it would be lovely in the summer over looking the park. There is two castles in walking distance. We had a view overlooking the canal and park which was very quiet. Apartment room was spacious and very clean with plenty of seating. Right bye town centre so has everything you need near bye.

Could be more teas and coffees in the room, only thing i can think off.
