In an industrial estate.Dining not impressive

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

The hotel is marketed as a boutique hotel but it looks like an average hotel from a chain.I paid 140 € which is too expensive. The right price should be around 90 euros, 100 top.

The room was in a new sectionAnd for a small room it was well laid out.

Location beside a very busy/noisy main road. No air conditioning but couldn’t open window because of noise. Room and bedding good but floor dirty and had not been washed.

Great location - as it was just off the main road and an easy stop over on the way to St Malo.It is in a bit of an industrial estate which also meant it was very quiet. Nice restaurant for easy food just across the road.

We were told that breakfast was at 7am so we paid for breakfast. We had to leave at 8 to catch the ferry - We turned up and no one was there. We used the intercom and asked what was happening - breakfast was at 8am, BUT, the brilliant staff bustled about and made sure that we had breakfast in time. Thank you.

We had a disabled bathroom and the shower was very good. The hotel is in an industrial area and was quiet and very easy to find. The was no motorway noise. The manager, who spoke good English, was very helpful and friendly. He told us which supermarkets were open on Sunday morning and how to find them. There were said to be 12 foreign language television channels but the only one in English was a Chinese channel. When we mentioned this to the manager he said they were supposed to have paid for more so was going to investigate why there were no others. Parking was fine.

The lighting in the room wasn't very good. The biggest light was just inside the door and in the room were a lot of smaller ones.

Very good hotel with utterly nice and friendly owners/stuff willing to help you with anything you might need. The room was cozy and clean and comfortable. The hotel location is optimal too, besides they offered the best prices in the area. Would definitely stay there again and hopefully we will!

No restaurant or evening meals served. That as the only draw back.

Location is not far from the busy road. Yes shower is great with toiletries and towels provided. Plenty of parking available. Nearest Lamballe town is great - they generally open later and earlier not middle of day. There is a bar, dining area onsite. We did not eat onsite purely because we would never see Lamballe.

No kettle, tea/coffee facility after driving for hours from the port. City tax. Not staying longer to experience Lamballe more.

A modern well equipped hotel. The reception staff member was lovely, polite and helpful. The hotel is just off the N81 so perfect for a stop over.

The restaurant was closed and as it was a Sunday so few places nearby to eat in.

The location was good for exploring the area. Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

We were greeted warmly. We were offered a better set of rooms for our family. The hotel had very easy parking access, it was bright and clean. The rooms were bright, clean and airy. We had a family room with the interlocking door opened and was perfect for our stay. An oasis of calm!

Very Covid safe as access to the room was directly from the outside- very clean - garden view was peaceful- Lamballe town Centre (about 5 mins drive away is stunningly beautiful and has a great bakery with outdoor seating in the town center.

Ladder to bunk bed was loose, windows were a bit difficult to close - you can still hear the motorway from the room, but not too much of an issue
