    Pros +

    • Good location for exploring the surrounding area, especially Kahlenberg and the Vienna wood
    • It is super cleanVery warm inside, something that other hotels are missing to offer Enough parking spots
    • Room was clean and very comfy, if you come in late you can pick up your door keycard easily and thus check out whenever too. Great contact with the staff. Localisation is quite good too, depends on the needs but it worked well for us (transit+sightseeing nearby). Not many hotels in the area so maybe that’s why the price is a bit steep compared to other around Wien, but we really wanted to stay nearby so ??‍♀️

    Cons -

    • There were no tea and coffee making facilities in our room.
    • The breakfast could be better (it had enough to eat, nice variability, but it isn't refilled when something is gone)The vending machine with beer was empty.
    • No AC, no fridge

Large rooms and quite comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood.

The first 24 hours the water wasn't running properly but after that we had no complaints.

This is definitely one of my most favorite hotels! from the moment you enter the corridors, the smell is very fresh, everything in the rooms is clean and comfortable.

Sylvia. Pay her more money ? she's excellent. So was the other receptionist in the morning (my bad I didn't ask her name) shame on me!

The location is a bit out of the way to explore Vienna without a car. A tea kettle in the room would have been nice.

Very clean and organized hotel, also the staff are excellently communicative, whether by email or in person.

Peaceful and clean hotel in a very convenient location for the train into Vienna, and only a short walk to Klosterneuburg town centre. The breakfast was basic but fresh, and staff were helpful when I saw them.

Slightly longer reception hours and more fresh fruit options for breakfast would be great.

Location. Clean. Simple. Modern.Comfy beds and ni e clean white sheets Staff friendly.

I forgot to ask for a fan. I didn’t like to open windows too much as the insects could come in. But it’s my fault I could have asked for a fan. A little expensive .

Great location if you biking, close to trail and restaurants

Breakfast I was traveling with a group of 14, they didn’t put out enough food for us, not even talking about the other guest.O when I asked more food they give me a look and then vent to the store to cold cuts.

The location was fairly good as it within of 10 min of walk from the train station and just few stops from the so called center of this town. Check in easily can be done outside the official hours.

My room was towards the sun and it was extremely hot without AC and thetefore I barely and with lot of efforts could fall asleep, it felt like a sauna inside. The auckward thing, I heard that some of the rooms are equipped with AC.

Clean, cosy, nice window with fresh air, comfortable mattress.

    Bad

extremely unfriendly staff. Which have a tendency to be racist. My two colleagues from Bangladesh, got very bad treated during their stay. It was openly due to their skin color, or ethnics, not German or Austrian enough to get a friendly treat.

it’s was good , clean , warm room we went in the winter , to Vienna centre wasn’t bad to get , first by bus about 15 min and then underground for 10 min so not so bad

I would say about breakfast they should have more choice

    7Claudia-sinzianaPosted on: 12-4-2022

Near by the bus/metro station and supermarkets. The room was clean. Free park on the streets.

The accomodotion was too expensive for what they offer. Off all the place that I’ve stayer this had the lowest quality-price ratio. In my opinion, this is more a pension then a hotel. The breakfast - doesn’t offer much. The staff is not so friendly.

Helpful and friendly reception...great evening meal taken in restaurant and attentive and knowledgeable waitress.

    9JanPosted on: 8-30-2022

    nice courtyard.

undercover bike storage needed. they promote their proximity to the Donau trail. Ebikes need undercover storage. reception open for a very short period. not all guests are local or European that can be contacted during the day.

It was small and quiet, and in a great location for us. We loved the courtyard garden outside our window. The hotel is small and friendly.

They could provide tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. No minibar either.

    9CarolynPosted on: 6-22-2022

Location was great, we did not want the breakfast option. We arrived late and did not know what time we would arrive but left a message and I was contacted with the key safe number which worked really well

It was very very hot weather and the rooms were a little stuffy but having said that it was extreme hot weather, so not really something the hotel could do much about. Hotel was lovely and clean as is the whole of Austria, wonderful country
