Cigarete smell, in Austria it's allowed to smoke even in reataurant ( external terase) but here smell was present also inside. I did not like that. Bed was super soft.

We looked for simple place to sleep. This is nice hotel with soul. Room small, but cosy. AC was very welcome in hot weather. Everything clean, staff cool and friendly, reasonable breakfast. We admired after long night, that breakfast was till 10:30 and check out till 11:00. Parking in front of hotel (we have been lucky!) Parking house around the corner… Thumbs up!

Friendly staff, excellent restaurant, clean room, and very comfy bed.

Takes four staircases to get to our room, up and down. It’s like a scavenger hunt.

No kettle in the room

This was a very pleasant, cozy, family-run place. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and nice. The location was superb, right in front of the train station, and only a few minutes walk from the monastery. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's cafeteria is open till very late.

Everything is amazing, breakfast, bed, room, great.

There could be more free parking, but even now is enough

Did not have the breakfast. Enjoyed the very kind staff, and the restaurant. Great location at an unexpected low cost. My window faced the Abbey and loved the bells Christmas day!

No wash cloths in Austria

Free parking in front of the hotel. 2 minutes from the train and bus, which makes it very easy and fast to get to the center of Vienna. The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is neat and clean. The room is small but with everything you need. The hotel has good heating and the breakfast is decent and tasty, with everything you need.

It s a normal place No fancy, but clean The food is good and transportation is near.

The furniture is old ,little bit noisy and cold. For max 3 nights is ok

Familly hotel, bar open until late, reception lady very friendly, she asked kids if they want to eat something even we arrived late at 21:50, kitchen close at 22:00 but they want to offer if we need. Everything great!

Very central location just opposite the station. Room was spacious and clean. Added bonus was the bath which helped after riding down from Passau.. good breakfast with continental choice.

Horrible, horror, i would not stay there even you pay me 1000 EUR/day. To their credit, they refunded the room, charged only breakfast. That was the only positive aspect.

Low-price

There was a very hot temperature (sauna) in the rooms on the top floor in juneThe quality of materials and the performance was low.

Access and car parking . A nice cut old style Austrian hotel with a good weiner menu..A very comfortable bed and a warm room too.

Room rather small and a few steps to negotiate after using the elevator. Not much dislike unless you expect somewhere rather swish. If that's what you want then you can find it in spades in Vienna.

The room was very basic and lacking charme. The hotel was a bit outdated.

The location was excellent for us, close to Happy Land where my son plays basketball and his apartment. The staff was polite and very helpful. The restaurant was very good. The hotel was also very quiet during sleeping hours.

The bathrooms maybe could have bigger, thicker towels and also wash clothes.

Beautiful localisation, next to train station and Stift Klosterneuburg. A small restaurant in hotel was an additional bonus for me.
